Decided to revisit Cyberpunk 2077 late last year after dropping it shortly back in 2020 after a AWFUL launch. I beat all of the main game and finally played the recent phantom liberty dlc.

  1. Initial game was like a 6/10 am I played on PC and dealt with a few glitches(not game breaking). Been playing it regularly for over a year now. Gotta say it’s now a 9/10 and one of my personal faves. Really sucks that it launched so astronomically horribly cause it really is one of the best single player games of all time now imo

  3. I'll say it once and I'll say it always- Cyberpunk was brilliant from DAY 1. It was the universal broke check. If you had a good PC, everything good about the game was obvious from day 1.

Also, there is a MP mod in the works for Cyberpunk, it's been making some pretty good progress recently.

  4. Its hard to trust any video game developer today. It simple as that. There only handful of developer i cant trust without a doubt to deliver exceptional quality of gameplay and story telling.
    1- Insomniac
    2- Rock star
    3- Santa Monica
    4- Naughty Dog
    5- Sucker punch
    6- Software Studio
    7- Guerilla
    8- Capcom

  5. Anyone who is interested in this game, I can be your guide. I have 900hr+ in this game. I fker sources at the bottom of the post if you want to confirm this information.

1). Cyberware Capacity: READ CAREFULLY IF YOU DO NOT PICK IO THE SHARDS, THEY WILL BE LOST FOREVER. If you're going to be superpowered, you need cyberware. The game DOES tell you that you have a limited capacity. It's limited to your lvl and cyberware capacity shards you find. The CYBERWARE CAPACITY SHARDS can be found on dead enemies on the floor, which means you have to loot them. If the enemies get stuck on and you can't loot them, quicksave and then load. You should see a bag on the ground that has the loot, OR it's on their body (but you can loot now). You should have 306 max capacity if you have the dlc and are at lvl 60.
    Why?
You get 3 max capacity for every lvl you get.
You'll find capacity shards on enemies (loot everything until about lvl 30 to find the shards). You'll find
    7 GREEN (Uncommon) +2
    4 Blue (Rare) +3
    4 Purple (Epic) +4
    2 Red (Legendary) +6

1). There is a Phantom Liberty Shard that gives an Epic shard, but you have to be lvl 17+ or it will be a blue shard.
WARNING: This shard is found in the beginning of the Phantom Liberty and you can't get it if you missed it. It's in a Van in the big ass car parking lot (all I can say without spoiling) . If you want to know know the easy route of getting this, I can upload a video.
2). Regina (base game) gives you a legendary shard for completing the quest: Psycho Killer (only if you're lvl 25+).
3). You can find more Cyberpsychos in Dogtown, if you have the DLC. There are 10 hidden around. Two give homage to Blade (Marvel) and Poison Ivy (DC). Anyways, they give green shards. Only 5 will give Spawn them for a total of 10 shards total.
    – Warning: do the side mission: "Balls to the Wall" to make the Cyberpsycho Andrew Newman spawn. AND do all of Mr. Hands missions to make Greg Wilson to Spawn (apparently).

    2). Perk shards
The game gives you (if you have the dlc) a total of 13 extra perk shards that are laying around the map. 10 from the bade game, 3 from phantom liberty.
One of them, you can get in in act one. It's in the Northside sub-district of Watson.
WARNING: This perk shard can only be found in the beginning of phantom liberty. It's in the same area (not the same spot) as the cyberware capacity shard. It's missable and you can't get it if back if you progress past it. It's before you get the cyberware capacity shard. I can make e a video on getting both.

NOTE: Trust me. Getting these cyberware capacity shards and perk shards a game changer.

3). Perma-buffs If you have phantom liberty unlocked
    Health:
    – The orbital station vendor gives you a health upgrade. (This is not in Dogtown, but by Morro Rock).
    – The black guy/African American guy by the area in Dogtown, Longshore Stacks, gives lots of extra health. He is near the medpoint. (This guy is NOT listed as a vendor).
    – I'm sure there is one more, but I can't remember (but it's from a vendor in the dogtown Petrochem Stadium).

    Stamina:
    – (this guy is NOT listed) He is another African American dealer by the "Club of Hearts" in Dogtown.
    – The rest of the Stamina perma-upgrades are from vendors in dogtown.

    RAM upgrade.
    – vendors and in the Moth bar.

Note: I only know two Dealers that aren't listed as vendors that swell permanent upgrades.

    3). Driving
Use first person mode to drift a bit less.
3rd person looks better, but the control is terrible.

1). Type into Google "cybeware capacity cyberpunk"
2). Type on YouTube, perk shard locations OR Google "perk shards" and the cyberpunk wiki will tell you.

If you want anymore tips, I can make a video on them. I actually found of a lot things since playing.

  6. if ur looking for more cyberpunk you should check out the edgerunners anime. it does a good job of continuing the world building of night city. it also takes place before the events of the game

  7. I'm having a hard time caring about anything because the game expects you to understand all its futuristic lingo and slang from the start and I never understood what anyone was talking about.

  8. Tw3 has one of the best stories, best side quest of all time. Better then dragon age, or mass effect, final fantasy or any other rpg/action Adventure game i ever seen

  9. What turned me away the most about this game besides the bugs, was that I saw one channel expose how a lot of the moments that seemed randomly generated, like car chases and shootouts were all scripted. Took all the unpredictability they promised out of the game and I couldn’t look at it the same.

  10. I played this joint around this time last year after my friend basically gave me his ps4 catalogue. Wasn't really planning on playing it after the horror stories, but said F it. Let me see how it is. I ended up really liking it. Probably going to play it over with the DLC once I upgrade.

  11. Unless you include mods, you gotta be Female V to romance Judy. And for Panam you must be Male V. I tried to romance panam because i picked female v and she rejected me fast as hell
