Doing this in multiple comments because I think it is too long for Youtube to accept for one comment. Part 1
Good choice on asking if she was sure it was murder in leading to keeping Sampson alive, Claire being free from the emptiness she will feel that she would have felt killing Sampson, and you getting Sampson's car for free. You did encounter him first race, he was the one trying to provoke her back in the first race how long she thought her new driver would stay alive. Saying that bastard won't finish race alive locks you into needing to kill Sampson during the race or her being upset at you and no longer serving you at the Afterlife. Not worthwhile to keep Sampson alive? If Sampson is killed, Claire thanks you for your assistance, but then feels empty and unresolved and guilty about what happened afterward. If you said Priority is Winning, but then during the race still help her face Sampson but manage to convince her to let him live, then not only do you get Claire's Beast and Sampson's Cthulhu for free, but Claire begins to feel at peace with her husband's passing and still considers you a friend. Of course, not letting her face Sampson at all will make her hate you.
A few episodes back, I mentioned in the TTRPG Arasaka Tower mission where the tower is nuked by Blackhand and Silverhand, you encounter Smasher in two separate places (first about halfway down the tower where Silverhand went with Murphy to try to free Alt from Arasaka's network where Smasher appears, shoots Silverhand in half and Murphy applies Soulkiller to Silverhand's corpse and the 2nd time just as you reach back to the roof before the bomb goes off where Smasher determined you would try to escape by and you have to hold out against while the helicopters return to pick you up,) in two entirely different sets of armored cyberskeleton exo-suits, in far, far, far too short a time by far than you can swap out the exo-suits even with teams on hand more fully prepped and ready like you would find in today's NASCAR driving. Even with fully prepped teams it would take about 8 hours to swap out, and you encounter him in the 2nd place with the new armor about an hour after the first. This gives rise to the theory that Smasher may actually be a Construct being moved between different bodies (which WOULD make sense, if he had multiple bodies in storage equipped with different suits ready to be activated as necessary. This would also make Smasher's statement about David making an interesting construct also very interesting, as though Smasher considered Martinez worthy of sharing his fate because David was actually 'some fun afterall' which would be very high praise from Smasher indeed.) Also, in the TTRPG during that mission the last thing you see as you fly off in one of the helicopters is Smasher and Blackhand fighting it out on the roof of the tower as the tower is falling from the nuclear explosion in almost a 9/11 WTC kind of way. You would not expect someone to survive standing on a collapsing building, but both Blackhand and Smasher survived. And of course, if Smasher is now a Construct with multiple spare bodies, then destroying his body won't be enough to actually kill him. There are also rumors, urban stories of him being in multiple countries at once at Arasaka's behest, but those are considered to be just tall tales to increase his reputation as a boogeyman.
Andrew 'Boa Boa' Weyland was a Solo or Merc who often tagged along with Blackhand, Rogue, Santiago, and Spyder Murphy and even Silverhand on occasion back in the 2020 era. He had some aspirations of becoming a Legend in Night City.
Yes, Maelstrom did technically exist as a gang 50 years ago, but they did not become the borged out to the max gang we know of today until they merged with 3 other gangs (first Red Chrome Legion and Ironsights due to another gang {the Inquisitors} nearly successfully wiping the three gangs out, and then later on joining up with Slaughterhouse {a cyberpsycho gang that enjoyed cutting people up as though they were livestock while the people were still alive} when that gang finally started falling to the Inquisitors and the Sacred Blades. Inquisitors believed that cybernetics were Satanic and were the literal Mark of the Beast, and were actually doing a very good job at hunting down and painfully killing people who had cyberware, enough that gangs that used cyberware eventually needed to band together to hunt them down; and the Sacred Blades were a Native American gang which had grief against Slaughterhouse.)
It looks like Grayson was also with the old crew, but was 'convinced' of the error of his ways and then turned on Rogue and the others after the tower fell. Not sure why he is wearing Militech while working for Arasaka now. It was Grayson she was out to get revenge on, with Smasher being a bonus if he was there. Also, glad you killed Grayson. If you had let Grayson live, I was going to tell you to visit the Columbarium and you will see Ruby's grave there (the Ruby who told Silverhand how to find Grayson.) Because you killed him, he does not find out who ratted him out, and Ruby gets to live. Key you got from Grayson's corpse.
There is a theory that one of the gigs in the Cyberpunk Red TTRPG and also one of the Cyperpunk Red Novels actually deals with taking Silverhand's Corpse over to Spyder Murphy and Alt (who had a new body cloned for her) in Texas so that Silverhand's DNA could be used to make him a new Clone for his Engram to be put into.
It does matter. Best response would have been 'Man who saved my life', but I think you still have earned enough points with Silverhand to do his ending if necessary. I believe (but am not 100% sure) that Rogue was also in the same room where she saw Silverhand blown in half by Smasher. Seeing that happen to a person in front of you would have an impact, even more so if it was someone you loved who was doing a mission for his love interest that was not you.
