  1. To be fair, people were freaking out that the game had been delayed multiple times. I'm not defending the current mess and the projected release date, but come on, rush something that isn't done. What did you expect? It's a horrible mess right now but I hope they will make it right soon. That said, why did they even release a version for last gen consoles? Waste of time in my opinion.

  2. UPDATE 1.06 IS OUT: (It fixed the save file bug)

    Quests
    :

Dum Dum will no longer go missing from Totentanz entrance during Second Conflict.

    Console-specific:

Improved memory management and stability, resulting in fewer crashes.

    PC-specific:

Removed the 8 MB save file size limit. Note: this won’t fix save files corrupted before the update.

  3. I think it's foolish to play cinematic games at really high frame rates anyway. I just lock every AAA cinematic game to 60 for that steady smooth experience but it doesn't break practically any game. I really dislike fluctuating FPS. Higher frame rates are designed for multiplayer games like Counterstrike, Fortnite, and Overwatch. I have a 144 Hz monitor and I hate when the frame rate goes from 144 to 70 back up to 120. I would rather just lock the game to the highest minimum FPS so that I can get a steady smooth gameplay. Because whatever the minimum is for your hardware, you will just know it will stay smooth the whole time. I don't believe a lot of these guys complaining fully understand the capabilities of their hardware because they don't have the time to watch every tech channel on YouTube

  4. Still have no regrets defending CDPR. I'm definitely upset with the leaders for making some poor decisions. It sucks that the passionate developers get attacked when they had no say in the matter. It just sucks.
I kind of feel like CDPR is the victim because if they delayed the game again, they would be risking the lives of the development team and their families. They were getting death threats and it was getting seriously dangerous! Besides, there's really no difference between owning the game while waiting for patches to make the gameplay at its best or delaying the release and waiting. either way you are waiting. At least with the option they chose we get to play with the game while waiting for the better experience.

It's probably better they chose the PR nightmare instead of risking their families lives

  5. Some people's argument is Skyrim was buggy on release. Which I don't know if that is true, but I'm sure it probably was. Its just insane in my opinion. Its the same mindset of Nintendo can do no wrong when it came to the Mario 3D All Stars or defending Death Stranding as if its the best game of all time because Kojima made the game(which I am a Metal Gear fan). Quality is just not the standard. People just buy whatever and if they were wrong about the game they were desperately waiting for, they can't see the issues with the game. If the argument is Skyrim was buggy on launch, who cares? No game is perfect, but older games like MGS1 or Resident Evil or whatever. Those games were dropped as is, good or bad, so when you released a game back then, you better be absolutely sure its good on release. Otherwise it just makes you look bad and more than likely you won't do as good the next time. I get that the negativity for CyberPunk might be over the top and people's high expectation of something being perfect is unrealistic, but at the same time how is expecting these developers or publishers or whoever is at fault for CyberPunk coming out, to put out quality content a bad thing? People wonder why games are becoming almost 80$ on release, its because people can't just put their foot down and call out a bad product when it comes out. Just have to blindly support something no matter what.
This wait for the next Metroid game. I really hope its been worth it. Hopefully this next Metroid game is actually going to be good.
