That mansions been around for awhile it’s nothing new this is old news.

At the start of the game this mansion is just outside V's apartment in Megabuilding 10 (and an AV can be seen landing on the helipad). As long as the player has double jump cyberwere, they can also climb the interior of the mega building to end up on the ceiling of their apartment and be able to jump to reach the mansion balcony (the inside is off limits). It is also possible to use the balcony to jump to a nearby green skyscraper (with the orange Mac & Cheesus sign). After a difficult climb it is possible to reach the very top of it. From there its possible to jump down to a ledge on the outside of Megabuilding 10, then from that area its possible to jump back towards the mansion (now at a higher point) to reach the roof.

It would be a lot cooler if they added some features in the ma mansion which show that Lucy and David actually lived there. Just some small memrobilia like some clothes and stuff. It would definitely go a long way.
