  5. People don't realize how impressive this is for a 300$ system, if the series s can run cyberpunk this good then GTA 6 should run just fine on the series s.
    I personally play it on a RTX 4050 with full settings and the game is absolutely beautiful.The games story is absolutely amazing to, especially phantom liberty. went from a absolute disaster at launch and now in my opinion i think it's even a better open world game than GTA 5

  8. I didn't finish Phantom Liberty because it runs like crap on series x. The lagging broke the experience for me. Shame. Maybe if I get a PC in a few years I can play it the way it was designed to be experienced.

New hdr setting also added best settings on a 65 inch lg uhd 4k for me was also 60fps and hdr could go wild with nits but i stick to nice a 1200 nits and 300 on the right then 1,5 for best black color the new option i leave on 0 for the moment. It depends on your tv ofcourse but you can get even more color in to it . If you have the best result then stick with it😅

  21. Look at this. Hopefully Alan Wake II will also be patched so it runs crash-free. Take this everyone who says the Series S is weak. All it needs is proper optimization, and sure, resolution lowering, but a Full HD display is perfectly enough for this console anyway.

  23. Hey you do Xbox as well! I have always loved gaming on all consoles each one has its pros and cons. Anyway, forget all that I just wanted to say I also have a series S but I only got it for backwards compatible games and I got my PS five for newer games and I got the PS five with the disc drive the original. But I kind of agree that series S is holding back next GEN a little bit and I kind of regret not getting a series X instead of a series S because I just prefer physical media. I love the convenience of digital but I hate not knowing if it’ll always be there.

  24. i always had the opinion: series x has better price to performance ratio and more storage than series s… but its not always about price to performance…

    for example:
    – if you dont have the money, series s is a good option
    – if you dont play regulary
    – if you buy it for xbox exclusive games (there are some, like ninja gaiden and fable and stuff)
    – casual gamer
    – mobile gamers (series s fits in a backpack easily, get a portable screen and you got a portable gaming machine cheap

    + series s is dirty cheap used
    in germany you can get a series s used for 140 euros with warranty and controller and everything
    thats about 100 euro for a console with warranty

    im a full gamer all the way, i love good graphics and i sold my series x because it was not what i expected + the expansion card is fricking 300 euros for 2tb… 800 euros for a gaming console? nty i would rather spend a few hundred more, get more power AND the ability to a lot larger game library to play in 4k (i love how even older games profit from 4k big time)

    series s + gaming pc is in my opinion a good combo

  27. Hey Maurice, if you do a Series X test do some traversal in Dogtown if you can, it was the most problematic there, frame rate goes anywhere from 38-60 fps. Would be nice to see if they fixed it as so far no one bothered to show it off over there, and its the part thats most susceptible to performance issues, how convenient.

  30. Purchased this for my series s in a sale last year for around £15. Added Phantom Liberty to the product. Now honestly i don't replay games, once finished i move onto my next title.
    I've actually replayed this game 4 times and now started from Phantom Liberty as a start point. Kudos to CD Project Red, i take my hat off to you guys. Phenomenal product, love it 👌

  35. Pls do this for series x . I have series x and I am making up my mind to buy cyberpunk ultimate edition. But wanna know it will worth it.. will get 60 fps without any problem. With good quality… And pls explain about the fsr 3.0 update as amd promise for this game the fsr 3.0 update.

  37. You have to repeat like a broken record to people that you are paying less than $300 for a system to play current generation games. If you are not willing to play at a lower quality, what are you doing complaining about Series S and not going for X?? Don't expect fancy things, it's more than enough quality for a console UNDER 300 DOLLARS
