  1. My guess is the code was rushed, probably because they had to start over numerous times. The game may have been too ambitious for them in its scope and they were unable to optimize things in time for release.

  2. Patch 1.23 did nothing and they lied again about the games stability. Once the company files for bankruptcy we can bake the cake with pink frosting and maybe some golden apples on top 😋

  3. I didn't see a game this bad at rendering since Gothic 4 and that game somehow managed to confuse full tree models with lod billboards (the closer you were to a forest, the less trees you'd see).

0:08 Those "cars" there were probably distant models, they'd only show up when looking at a road from far away, it's not uncommon to see a game still render things in front of you right after loading up a save, but why distant models in front of you?
Especially stray ones, it didn't "replace" the models with their full versions, they just disappeared.

Maybe it was about to, but then Cyberpunk likes to just derender shit for performance, so the full models disappeared before they could show up lmao

0:10 And I'm not even trying to guess what that was. Car spawning right where you were maybe. But that wouldn't look so alien?
