At first I honestly thought there was something off about the voice performance too, but then I realized I felt that way because the tone of the character's movements don't match the voice at all. It sounds as if she should be waving her arms or moving more energetically when she's really just standing there with her arms crossed. I don't know how anything with this works, but it seems to me like there might have been an issue either with the animation or the direction of the performance, given what they were able to do with the animation. Now, I think the voice acting isolated is great
