I had to sacrifice 20 hours of my first playthrough just to get the right dialogue cuz I called Johnny “Night City Legend”. Percentage went higher for sure, but that didn’t unlock the secret path aka secret ending that was hidden. Luckily I kept Queen of The Highway quest for research purposes. Panzer still need more….. time.
I prefer to call it secret path cuz the ending is still the same between The Sun and Temperance, with the only exception that Rogue lived.
