They cut so much out, kinda fucked up they gave us an empty city with busted AI and busted Wanted system.

Things they cut out the game, to pay for a mega star. Another reason is CDPR cant do 3rd person, (I mean have you seen Vs Shadow) that's why they went for a First person view. (Not like the Division has been doing 3rd person correctly for years) So much to learn CDPR. Multiplayer would be a very bad idea, (just check out all the modder and glitch cheater video's).
