  1. These additions are certainly not insubstantial and they are free, but we still have ways to go before Cyberpunk 2077 feels as fully feature complete as the community hopes it becomes. A big step in the right direction though.

  2. People don't realise that this game could have had another 3 years of development and it would never be close to the witcher.
The key members of the dev team are no longer with the company. It's like expecting an amateur artist to paint something on the level of a masterpiece.

  3. Ps4 player here, they fucked up big time now, ps4 is saying" corrupt file fault, remove the app and reinstall the game".. guess what. After done that, It still has the fault problem, it will not start any more … This patch is FUBAR!

  4. i'm gonna go ahead and call BS on the performance improvements and rtx performance in particular.

I own a brand new rtx 3070FTW3, 32 GB ddr4 ram, and an AMD Ryzen 9 3900x.(with 1600w pwr supply)

i am STILL experiencing AWFUL frame drops that begin randomly and sometimes persist until i restart the game.

I check my hardware monitor whenever it happens and its not being caused by any volt, temp, or power limit and everything seems normal on my cards end.

And I'm not talking minor, i mean, i usually run the game with everything cranked to max at 1440p with performance DLSS and i get a smooth 90+, and then the second i run through an alley, or drive under a bridge, or get in a fight, IT DROPS TO 45 OR SOMETIMES SUB 40.

So what am i supposed to do, I've already spent thousands on my PC and I should be seeing Much better performance from this game with the hardware i have, Nobody wants to spend as much as a car to buy a 3090 so is the best player experience just being gate-kept by the rich who can?

Even turning multiple settings down both in game and on the NVIDIA control panel seems to help nothing.

No matter what i do i am dropping below 60, and that is unacceptable for the amount of money I've spent on hardware and on the game.

Is there some .INI setting i need to change to stop this?

I just want to enjoy the game and it feels like now that all the console norms have been moaning they only focus on updating the performance for console players and basically tell PC players GFY buy more expensive hardware.

Nothing has changed for me with CDPR, they really let me down and i don't think i can ever confidently buy from them or support them again, not only did they let us down on release, but they continue to let me down at least a year after release, after i waited to give their game multiple extra chances, i don't think I've ever been more disappointed with a AAA title

  5. This game became more buggy and my fps dropped a lot after all the updates. Before i was playing 4k at around 90fps but now it sits around 60-50fps. Not to mention that in 30 minutes of gameplay I've encountered more bugs than in my 100 hour playthrough.

  6. World interactivity is what I want most. Mini games at bars, ordering food from restaurants and venders having actual eating/ drinking animations, bouncers at clubs letting you in/rejecting you based on your rep in that area (but you can still sneak in), etc. These things would go a long way towards the role playing feel of the game. I'm glad that they are thinking about that aspect tho with the 1.5 update

  7. I got Cyberpunk 2077 on pc and started playing day one but didn't even finish this game, but I'm not saying it's bad, just personally didn't like how much bugs and performance issues I encountered. Will pick it back up sometime soon to finish as I still managed to not have the ending spoiled somehow. I did also want to give the modding scene some time to churn out mods before I delve into them.

  8. Meh… I was one of the lucky ones that didn't encounter too many bugs, had just built a new comp at the time so maybe that had something to do with it… and I loved the game, clocked it story line quests, almost finished all the side quests, really looking forward to expansions

  9. Can’t believe where we’re at now lol. I’m glad I didn’t buy into the hype literally ever lmao. Didn’t buy into it for Anthem, didn’t do it for Fallout, didn’t do it for no mans sky and still not doing it here

  10. I think a lot of why we haven’t seen any Elder Scrolls 6 news and things is because of Fallout 76 and this game. Bethesda knows that showing your hand before you’re ready is just inviting people to hate the game. Honestly, let them take however long they want. As long as the game is well polished and well designed at the end.

  11. Holy shit a 50gb patch? What's this game up to now 800gb? It'd take a week for someone who just bought to start playing it because of all these patches. You'd need to have an extra external hard drive attached just for this game alone. What a fucking joke.

  12. The game’s mechanics might be a bit lackluster so I’m glad they’re making all these changes, but what they really need to focus on are the bugs and glitches. All bugs and glitches need to be completely ERASED before I can consider this a playable game.

  13. The thing that really keeps me from finally purchasing this game, is the lack of variety in the ending. Finding out that all paths lead to essentially the same ending, really killed it for me. If that changes, I'll probably pick it up.
