We tell you what the maximum perk points (yellow) and attribute points (blue) in Cybperpunk 2077 as of update 1.6. To slot skills you need perk points, but how you get them is really confusing. You get one perk point for each character level (attribute or blue) level. That will give you 49. If you max out the 12 white skills for the five categories of skills then you can get up to 70 perk points or about 1/3 a perk point for each level up. Finally, you can get nine perk points for each perk shard you find which are associated primarily with select assaults in progress. That is 128 total maximum perk points, but you have to grind to the max level of each sub-category by alternating play styles and weapon types.
19 attribute points in Body (maximum athletics, annihilation, & street brawler of level 19) = 21 perk points
18 points in Reflexes (maximum assault, handguns, and blades of 18) = 18 perk points
10 points in technical ability (maximum level 10 in crafting and engineering) = 8 perk points
11 points in intelligence (maximum level 11 in breach protocol and quickhacking) = 8 perk points
13 points in cool (maximum level 13 in stealth and cold blood) = 10 perk points

The fact that we cannot reset the attribute points gotta be the dumbest idea ever, I have no clue what they were thinking making that decision
Mine is body 14, reflex 20, Tech 18 (craft legendary), cool 16, int 3. A 2 seconds cooldown sandevistan build where you can kill every one in slow motion.

Great overview. There is a tension between generalization and specialization inherent on the game's 71-point build. This is by design and mirrors the kinds of choices you make when creating a character in the TTRPG. Go narrow and put everything into a couple focus areas or go wide(r) and try to cover more bases.
I suspect the bottom slot in the attribute wheel may play a part in the NG+ feature rumored for 1.7+, though I doubt the standard "max everything" strategy is what they are shooting for. In fact, if I had to guess, I'd wager we are looking at a mid-late game expansion, new (expanded) "endings" and something like 88 point attribute builds with a the addition of a new attribute from the new game plus feature.

I'm not talking about the gray bar, but the light blue one that says "Reflex level 10".
