  1. It would be great if they added "smart" NPCs/ characters with the help of AI that can react dynamically and spontaneously on whatever is happening in the world and how you behave as well instead of having one or two different assets on how they react because that breaks immersion. Furthermore that implies that every NPC acts differently depending on their personality type and is also able to change their behaviour through external influences.

By the way what mod are you exactly using for the hyper realistic effects on characters and cars? I also use mods and know that reshade has some DOF (depth of field) shades but they don't work well at all.

  2. I think they are very different so cyberpunk and gta can exist in the same space. I prefer cyberpunk because of night city, the characters, and the lore. I'm sure gta 6 will be fun but I will always come back to Night City to read shards, explore, and punch gonks with gorilla arms.

  3. I am a millennial. My childhood years are the 90s. I played the original GTA, GTA II, and GTA III (my favorite). I also played GTA IV Vice City, San Andreas, GTA 5, and all the smaller GTAs on handhelds back in the day. Clearly, I love GTA. Recently, I finally picked up Cyberpunk 2077 after all the fixes, and beat it. For me, it is way better than any GTA story I have plaid.

The lore, combat, city, weapons, tech, dialogue, characters, and so on are simply years ahead of what GTA offers. And I project that will not change with the release of GTA 6. Heck, after beating Cyberpunk 2077, I’m not sure I can even be entertained by GTA 6 story mode. I am looking forward to Cyberpunk Orion, not GTA 6.

GTA 6 will be another online hit, where Rockstar will milk their consumers with more Sharkcards for overpriced in-game purchases. Because of that, I am so done with GTA. Before watching your video, I told myself several times Cyberpunk is way better than any GTA installment SEVERAL times while playing it.

    TL;DR: Cyberpunk > GTA 😁🤘

  4. No matter how this game is I can't play because I used to be a 3rd person gamer. I bought this and just waiting to play in ps5 lol. I don't compare this game in GTA but I rather compare it on Watch Dogs.

  5. Assuming gta 6 is below people’s expectations then yes next cyberpunk stands a chance at being a real competitor. But they need to heavily upgrade there NPC systems, police systems, sandbox elements across the board.

  6. I'm not excited for the next Cyberpunk. No matter how realistic CD Projekt Red makes it, they can’t match the level of detail Rockstar Games puts into their games. Especially in the next decade, they won’t be able to compete with this giant.

  7. Cyberpunk is a far better "game" than anything Rockstar has produced (I'm not talking about the narratives or writing in their games). There are so many different builds you can do and tons of ways to approach each mission. You can stealth, hack, go balls to the wall and it keeps you engaged. Rockstar games are fun but incredibly mindless. There's no player expression in the gameplay and if you deviate from the exact thing the game wants you to do, you'll fail the mission. Not to mention the terrible enemy AI. All they do is stand in one spot shooting you and occasionally take cover.

  8. Y’all keep trying to compare these other sandbox adventure games to GTA, and every time GTA comes out on top, for one you can’t compare cyberpunk to GTA, they may be in the same genre, but you play them for different reasons.

  9. Hey, I'm from Poland. I can tell you one thing that we know from leaks:
    – CD Projekt has access to the latest versions of Unreal Engine, pre-release and its games will be released on the latest available version, it doesn't necessarily have to be UE5,
    – CD Projekt is working very hard with programmers from Epic, they are introducing a lot of changes to the engine. That's why the CD Projekt engine version will be very heavily customized. It will be significantly different from other games on Unreal Engine.
