Yay Peralez will finally get some attention he has been waiting for 40 episodes XD Anyway his quest is one of my favourites in the game.
Quest with Swedenborg becomes available a little bit later in the main storyline you gotta finish the parade first. (and a couple of side quests that become available after parade main mission but I wont spoil them here you will know that they are important when you get to them)
Maybe the quest Overwatch has some better stats wrt ammo capacity and reload speeds
There are multiple levels on that parking lot. Instead of using elevator run upstairs and you'll eventually locate the Mizutani Shion
If you want more crafting components you can disasemble items you dont need with Z button.

33:18 Dang, you have some of the best grenade kills! The Detonate Grenade quickhack just depends on what the enemy is carrying. If it's not an explosive grenade, then yeah it's not so useful.
The Organized Crime missions each have a weapon crafting spec you can loot. Sometimes it's a unique Iconic weapon, sometimes just regular. I'm pretty sure this one was just a regular weapon, so you're not missing much.
