My top 10 list of the best mods to enhance Night City
Cyberpunk 2077 is an open-world, action-adventure story set in Night City, a megalopolis obsessed with power, glamour and body modification. You play as V, a mercenary outlaw going after a one-of-a-kind implant that is the key to immortality.

There are some interesting mod, thx for the top ^^
Great picks but really surprised you didn't include any of the mods like "Advanced Controls" it adds leaning, a holster button, and Finally a walk button
My favorite mods list (CET and RS are a mandatory given):
1. FGR (combat is much better now that I’ve increased the possible enemy alert distance added a thirty second inhaler cooldown)
2. Cybermod (gang wars and affinity points with gangs to cause ambushes)
3. Cyber Vehicle Overhaul (every vehicle feels different)
4. Lifepath Bonuses and Gangcorp Traits (every gang type enemy has different strengths and weaknesses/buffs and debuffs)
5. California Climate Change (cycles through a lot of weathers instead of just sunshine)
6. Annoy Me No More Bundle (highly configurable; mostly I like that it disables relic malfunction sequences in the open world and reduces fall damage)
7. Immersive Fashion (it actually matters which clothes you wear to boost your overall stats and give you an edge either as a stealthy type or a tank)
8. Crowd Despawn Fix (they don’t despawn now when frightened or in traffic)
9. Kiroshi Background Scanner (it’s awesome walking around and reading backstories to an NPC when you scan them)
10. NPC’s Gone Wild (makes certain NPC females go topless and makes strippers typically naked – feels lore friendly)
11. More Gore
12. Crouch Effect Removal (no more pointless darkness around your vision while crouched)
13. Metro (yeah, it looks cool)
14. Street Vendors (being able to buy from any vendor feels so natural, I often forget it’s a mod)
