  1. For the Yasha there is a mod that increases damage by a lot when outside of combat, but makes the shots non-lethal. Great for one shotting solitary enemies. Also with enemies behind cover you can flick your aim accordingly so the shot has space to go around the cover.

  2. i've done the "Lucrecia" mission but the way to the Umbra is still blocked. they ballsed up getting some iconics in PL. how am i to collect the iconic gun that is behind a keycarded door in a main mission when the keycard can only be secured during a gig that doesn't get offered to you until after you have completed said main mission locking off the entire building and consequently, the weapon? i should just go to the Black Market vendor then, right? wrong. i have missed PLENTY of iconics in this playthrough and the Black Market vendor had…….. drumroll please………… Apparition from the corpo lifepath (i'm street kid), that and the shotgun that is exclusive to him. no iconic weapon that i have missed and been locked away from from base game or PL has appeared in his store, save Apparition which is only available for corpo so I DIDN'T MISS IT. so, either the vendor is broken in my game or his inventory works very differently than i have been informed. the only thing i can think of is he doesn't get his iconics until you complete the DLC or base game. if so, NO description of the vendor or his inventory mentions this, in-game or out. i'm more gutted about not being able to get the xmod umbra than the iconic locked to the main mission (it had a "novelty" effect), i LIKE xmod iconics, with the right combination of attachments and mods they can be stronger than most of the other iconics. HELL, a top tier regular gun with max mod and attachment slots can be made stronger than most iconics. my 1 and 2 weapon slot are always the same; silenced Hawk in 1, silenced Kyubi with double equalizer in 2. weapon slot 3 is fun/situational. i like your idea of double equalizer in an Ashura, now i just have to find one with 2 mod slots, the regular Ashuras only seem to drop with one mod slot so far in my game. maybe the regulars only have 1.
anyway rant over, and now, since i've done a few missions since Lucrecia, imma check if the way to the umbra has opened and i REALLY want that pozhar, i didn't even know it existed.

  3. The "Slice em up" Blade mod is on the Boss (Looks like Blade) in the big round building where Aaron stops to talk to you near the scav den where you take him to Demir. You hear the metal playing in there and he is up top thrashing to it.

  4. You can actually get the guillotine without needing 20 body. You just go to the right side of the shack, climb up on the barrels and shootout the window and you should be able to grab it!

  5. Most of these mods are rediculously stupid. I find it hard to see a use case for many of these mods. Why? Why would anyone use them?
Many have massive debuffs that make the accompanying buff worthless(-25% Charge Threshold to Penetrate Cover, -25% Damage Penalty for Shooting Through Cover? -25% Spread, -10% Damage per Pellet?).
Some are just incomprehensively vague(+30% Weapon Handling when Crouching or Crouch-Sprinting?).
Some of them are so Situational that a reliable buff or debuff effect will almost never proc(After Neutralizing an Enemy, +20% Enemy susceptibility to Finishers for 5 seconds).

Handling buffs? Accuracy buffs? Recoil buffs? Spread buffs? When has that ever been a 'Thing' in this game? Test after test has shown that these buffs do nothing noticeable in-game!

The only ones that seem at all useful are Pax, Big Mag, Equalizer, Better Half, Headhopper, Gambiteer, Supercharger, Critochet, Zenith, Zero-G, Swiss Cheese, Pyro & Silencio.

  6. I have recently finished a playthrough that I started after 2.0 where I have done almost everything and I have 2x tier 5 and 1x tier 4 Better Half, as well as 1x tier 5 and 1x tier 4 Headhopper in my inventory, so I believe both of these are found at tier 4.

  7. I have some of those you had to console command in… I have Head Hopper, but I don't remember how I got it… I THINK I got lucky and got it off either an El Capitan mission or one of the Dogtown Drops.

  8. I replayed the game on hard and didn't touch weapon mods at all. Only used these xmod weapons and a few iconics. Whatever they did to the mods, I'm guessing they're more of an op bonus than a necessity.

  9. This is the perfect time for me to ask has anybody seen the Nekomata Tier 5 crafting spec since 2.0 dropped? I've been unlucky with the world based 5+ drops as they always have one or two non legendary mods on them.

  11. Semi on topic, but if anyone misses the dopeness of comrades hammer, id suggest using the wallpuncher mod on an RT-46 Burya and also make sure you spec into cool to ensure all your headshots and weakpoint shots are automatically crit hits,
Its defs not as powerful but means you can still take out enemies through walls with little to no difficulty unless they are the redskull ones they can still require a few shots,
Oh nd dont forget the kiroshi "stalker" optics to be able to see your enemies,

The burya has an effective range of almost 50 metres just like the optics only highlights enemies up to about the same distance making that little pairing aswell as the perks from cool make for a mean package,

Also keep in mind i have only gotten the first 2 perks from the bolt perk in tech tree,
So if you can get the timing down the dolt perks aswelll could make this devastating 😂

As always Sam bro love the videos and keep em coming,
Cant wait for your new weapons ranking videos,
Would be cool if you show a side by side list to show how much your rankings may have changed

  12. I missed the chimera core… can somebody make me feel better and confirm that iconic weapons are better than moded guns. I’m even thinking about restarting phantom liberty for the core. I really hate the missable, wrong choice aspect of the game

  13. If you're comparing the Iconic variants with the regular weapons, it might be a good idea in the future to make sure they are the same tier. A lot of times in this video you compare a tier 5 iconic with a 5+ regular and then say: "The iconic does less damage". No shit Sherlock!
