Cyberpunk offers its players a variety of playstyles to experience. From Netrunner to brawler to Gunslinger to stealth, this game has something for everybody. My personal favourite choice is a netrunner mixed with tech weapons. Today I provide a complete guide on my favourite items I use in my build. My Suggestions:
1. @6:32 Instead of Limbic System Enhancement – You would be better served using a RARE/EPIC Memory Boost As it "Instantly Recovers 3 (4 Epic) RAM upon a kill." I know the rare version can be purchased, but I think the EPIC is only found as a random drop/loot.
2. Breach Protocol Perks: "Advanced Datamine", "Datamine Virtuoso", "Datamine Mastermind", and "Extended Network Interface" are all un-needed once you have crafted all your quickhacks. There are easier and more reliable ways to make money with crafting – even at crafting skill 3 (search for vids on making money crafting). "Cloud Cache" only effects the FIRST quickhack you upload after breaching, (maybe some help with a Cyberpsychosis/Suicide, but honestly if you are a high level Netrunner (with memory Boots implant) you should never be hurting for RAM.) So, maybe 1 point in "Cloud Cache" if you always start with an ultimate quickhack, but never 2 perk points in it.
3. Quickhacking Perks: You never need to re-craft Quickhacks, so once you have a set of all Legendary (as well as a set of the Epics in case you want to switch them out for lower RAM cost) you never need those perks again.. So Respe out of the Quickhack crafting perks once you have crafted a full set. I also do not recommend getting "Weak Link" or "Mnemonic". Perk "Weak Link" only reduces RAM used on DEVICES and with a proper build these should already only cost 1-2 RAM, its un-needed. Perk "Mnemonic" unfortunately does not count "Ping" as a valid effect, so it rarely activates due to the fact that most hacks at this level will be one-shot kills (or the target after a damage hack will be so low health it will be better to hit a nearby target with Contagion to spread to them and finish them off rather then use a 2nd hack on them).
4. Selected "Legendary" QH to Load: I agree with Ping, Suicide, Contagion, Short Circuit. I load either "Weapon Glitch/Reboot Optics" as it adds their effects to the Breach Protocol Daemons. Weapon Glitch will make all the enemies guns not work for free right from the start. Reboot Optics adds a Breach Protocol Daemon to make all enemies blind from the start. If I am trying to do a "no kill" mission, I use "System Reboot" instead of Suicide. The last QH I load is usually just 'for fun', I find "Detonate Grenade" funny so that is my normal one, but I load something else if it is a mission with civilians/hostages. Always load "Short Circuit" program into your cyberdeck LAST as the last program will be at the top of your selection bar when you scan and it can be used very fast – even before the menu fully loads.
5. Your stat build is interesting and certainly viable.. I would however stress that the 'ultimate' Netrunner would have a Cool:20, if for no other reason then to get the maximum benefit out of "Cold Blood" especially the final level 20 perk "Merciless" (10% crit chance, 25% crit damage, +1%/3% per point.) Pumping 20+ points into this virtually guarantees any Short Circuit will Crit spectacularly and kill anything even on Very Hard.
