  1. It's kinda weird people are hoping for a good ending. It's Night City. No one ever has a happy ending! The creator of CP2077 and CDPR spent the entire game trying to say this, they are not going to turn around and give you a "happily ever after".

  2. the way i see it, this ending isn't as bad as most make it out, V is alive and has the potential to rise again for a second Conflict if we keep going for songs. V is about as beaten and bitter as they were when jackie died and they found out NOTHING could be done about johnny slowly killing them. As soon as the choom gets of their ass and get into gear they can burn bright again. until they get fixed they can utilize powerjacks, tech goggles, external Cyberdecks, smart weapons hard jacked to the goggles, armowewave fabric mods, and heck with the amount of resources Mr. Blue Eyes has, i could easily see him offering a new type of cyberware to V as long as V does something for him and then learns that cyberware leaves him forced to work with Blue Eyes.

Living is better than dying or pretending any one else had a cure, Biotechnica maybe with nanobots but lets be honest the NUSA had nanobots too and they couldn't repair V's Brain when they scooped out the bad parts cause of the mystery neural anomaly. Even Arasaka who were the experts on the relic damage encountered the same problem scooping out the brain area, cept unlike the NUSA they weren't able to save V's life, probably because they didn't remove the cyberware.

  3. The true ending is this but even more depressing if your friendship with Johnny is deeper.
Edit: This one is the ending you get if you just pass the game fast without barely any side quest.

  4. i think this is the best game ever made.Polish Guys are just genius.i,m a real life Nomad i would go with Panam all Day.I think they had some Nomads helping in this game because they Nailed it to 100% with the Spech and the Art of everything.I rather life 6 Months with Panam than betray all my Friends and be an NPC

  5. i might be the only one that wanted a misty relationship for V. thought it would have done some good healing for her even though it's (im dating my dead ex's best friend)

  6. If you think about it every legend in the game/story went out sad. Bartmoss died of “heart failure” after everything and ended up in the city dump. Johnny was taken out by Smasher and finally “killed” by soulkiller. He was “covered in his own piss and shit” and was dumped in a random oil field. And V lost literally everything except her/his life. While sad, this ending fits. V became a legend but it cost him/her everything.

  7. I actually like how bitter sweet this ending is. Finally you're free of the shackles that were going to leave you six feet under in a short amount of time. But this also isn't the end of V as anybody can turn around and still achieve pique human capability without the chrome. He just wont be the same V.

Still though, I agreed to stick with Johnny. We would find another way and I would like to think that is the Casino Heist Mission, were we to ever see it.

  8. He hasn't lost anything, he's still alive and has nevertheless become a legend of Night City, he will be able to work as a fixer and earn much more, we can say that now he is at the same level as Rouge and he is not even 30 years old.

  10. There are no heroes. We killed them all.

But if we at least TRY to be better people, to leave this shithole we were born in a little better when we leave, then maybe; just maybe… There will be heroes some day.
