  1. you can still to this day feel a quality and polish upgrade in the newer content/dlc compared to the base early game content, makes me very excited for the sequal and hopefully it goes well with them changing to unreal engine 5 from the red engine. i have faith they learned their lesson with how much respect they gained back by fixing it. but yeah, cyberpunk 2077 is a special game and is now better then ever before.

  2. Doesn't change the fact they abandoned the old gen, now i'm on pc but my ps4 version is stuck on the 1.61 they first soured my view of video games and their developers then left it with my money and a few patches that just, and only JUST, make it work… i refuse to spend again after i have already gave my 70€ for this game, it doesn't feel fair.

  3. There's a bunch of cool mods that improve the Quality of LIfe (QoL). Remove the vignette effect when walking or crouching, adding different filters when scanning around for potential things to hack. Give different color vibrancy to the game and so on. The modding is as simple as downloading the files, dropping them on the root folder of the game and that's it. Rare is for a mod to have extra steps. I wish CDProjekt could do what bethesda did and add mod support to consoles.

  4. Night city has set a bar so high in terms of depth and exploration that im left disappointed playing other open world games. Sure some things could be better, but nothing has pulled me in better than cyberpunk post 2.1 patch.

  5. I waited until I was confident it would be in a playable state and I’m so glad I did, I absolutely love this game.
The way the skill tree works alone is enough to make any RPG enthusiasts interested never mind the awesome story and cyberware fun.
Reassigning any skill points I want whenever I want without having to reset the whole tree? What witchcraft is this?

  6. My one criticism is that there’s a huge lack of interactivity between you and Night City outside of missions, little things, like actually eating/drinking at food stands, watching a BD at Lizzie’s bar, actually go on a date to a club or restaurant with love interests, you get a bit of that at V’s apartments but It’s be nice to be able to waste my time without feeling like I’m wasting my time you know?
If gta4 could do it more than 10 years ago no reason cdpr can’t cobble something together, they already have some of the work done.

  7. I had never seen the console version and the first think that stands out is how empty the streets are compared to pc. Almost nobody walking around and not a lot of cars.
Not judging, just surprised to see NC this empty.

  8. Sooner or later you have to move to the new game console or more powerful PC . CD red's only mistake was saying it would play fine on older systems. I had zero issues on the Xbox one x I had at the time. I have more bugs now on the series x because they've patched it so many times for old systems

  9. I still don’t know why it was such a suprise to people at the time that this game didn’t run well on a PS4. I barely followed gaming news but I had a Xbox One and I got the memo it wasn’t going to work well on that. So I waited until I got an Xbox Series X to play it instead of playing on a last gen console and complaining.

  10. As someone with a pretty good PC I had zero issues from day one, and didn't understand all the complaints. It was already pretty much already the most immersive game I had ever had.
The bugs actually became more and more the more they patched. XD
