yes exactly. and intelligence has the "quickhacks deal critical damage" skill right? they said, netrunning would be nerved by the changes….. its true but now my build ideas even dont work anymore…
For my new playthrough I’m trying to do a stealth netrunning ninja build. With INT:20, COOL:20, ENGIN:18, REF:10. But I’m not investing in quickhack strength perks. I’m only using them for control and stealth quickhacks. Playing as a pure Netrunner was just a bit too easy. Barely ever had to fight anyone.
I play this way with the Dying Night Auto-pistol. I also use the ashina smart sniper, and the smart SMG. Easy way to slaughter everyone. I am a glass cannon though. I was getting one shot while getting into fire fights. Which is refreshing because I could devour groups before 1.5 and I don't even have a great build.
What a thorough and detailed video! Especially so soon after 1.5 is out… seriously underrated. I very rarely subscribe, but I've done so for you sir, hoping more follow.
The legendary "Reboot Optics" has a passive demon called "Optic Jammer" which stuns each enemy for a few seconds after they detect you, if you breach protocol them before starting combat. Feels like cheating.
I have been meaning to get back into the game so this helps alot thanks.

Thanks! Can’t wait to try it out
Thanks for the build. I will be trying this out.
Small tip: you can't put yellow mods into lower grade gear..
But you can buy low grade gear that has yellow mods already slotted 👍
I got the game call bug that pretty much broke my save. Started a new one and definitely trying this LOL.
What do you think of Mitigation by the way? I think it's a little more complex and interesting than just flat evasion
For my new build assault rifles work well.
The perks in this tree are more suited for the new combat changes and actually make a difference.
High INT builds are excellent for a bunch of reasons, but mostly passive reasons.. making cash, camera/turret control etc.
I'd totally suggest making a hack/AR build.. you bridge the gap perfectly between offense and defense.
Great video ty! Ill try this build!
1:00 What do you mean, pistols are tied to power and body?
The only handgun that's somehow tied to the body attribute is burya, with body check.
Tech weapons will level up engineering if you use their primer ability: shoot through walls.

I still love full melee builds so much fun, but contagion was sick too. Might have to give this a shot.
