Broken build. I LOVE IT!!!
If only we had a gunsmith that would take our eddies to work on our firearms so we could be more accurate with Tech since the two stats I have seen for him are 8 and another with 3.
For some reason the hypercritical dosnt give me the jump boost
I made a doom guy build and I feel it's more broken than this build only because it's very hard to kill me

You can get the same smart pistol without clipping. It is in the office inside the mansion where you rescue Hanako in the Arasaka ending. Try it out, way easier
Aint the mayor thing with blackhand that he doesn't kill anyone? and if that is the case doesent the smart link diminish headshot damage if you have the nonlethal mod installed?
