  1. If you look hard enough and save scum legendary clothing spread throughout the world, you have a chance to get upload speed and cooldown speed reduction on quick hacks, making the netwatch a lot more enjoyable to use, since sometimes the slow upload speed can be a bit of a drag

  2. If you aren't bound by such petty thing as morality, when upgrading your legs always go for Finger's clinic in Japantown and pick-up the epic fortified ankles. Those things allow you to hover mid-air and if you pick them up before the quest where you retrieve Evelyn you still can punch Fingers and keep the legs.
Sidenote: because barbed wire always throws you backwards from your character's perspective, jumping into barbed wire backwards knocks you towards the other side.

  3. Ayeeee my favorite weapon type, love smart weapons bc of how bad the sensitivity settings are on console, at least old gen console idk if they updated the sens controls on new gen

  4. I truly don't understand people valuing short circuit over contagion and reboot optics. Yea, it's a fundamental quickhack, it's non lethal and one shots most enemies. I'd definitely place it third and always have it with me. But contagion is also non lethal and can wipe out an entire base/group and combining reboot optics with breach protocol makes you a literal ghost.

  5. Love the concept of this build. Honestly I was going to recommend to try making a build off of the hidden strength of ricochet but this build looks a lot more fun… though a ricochet "build" could still be an idea for the hardcore "aimers" who totally meant to aim at the ground or the walls instead of the actual enemy😸

  6. I don't understand why anyone would use Tyrosine Injector on PC. you already have unlimited time to figure out the solution as the timer is paused until you select something.
I can understand it for controller players though because controllers are terrible at menu navigation and take 3-5x the time to input the same string as a person using a mouse.
But once you find the solution you just have to input it which on pc takes at most 10 seconds for a really long sequence, so potentially 50 seconds on controller.

  7. This looks like a build made from a person with about 30-40 hours in the game, tops. Look at the T7 PDM netrunner builds, they are not the best possible either, but tons better than this crap here.
