A few days ago, a post to the Gaming Leaks & Rumors Subreddit made the rounds, convincing gamers and fans that this was meant to be taken with some kind of seriousness. Upon closer inspection, and even a response from CDPR themselves, have seem to have debunked these leaks. The leaks included things like barbershops in the game world, apartment customization, new weapons: etc.
Today I want to go through those leaks, and talk about why some of them are easily assumed to possibly be true, and the rest is wishful thinking, along with information that’s already been debunked. CDPR has been quiet for a bit on Cyberpunk, which is leading people to be itching for more information on the next gen patch and new content. Don’t buy the hype, as this doesn’t seem to be true.
