  1. A few things: The burya pistol is always considered fully charged. Charge perks affect it, except for those that improve charge time. It’s not a bug, it’s just how the gun works. It makes it possibly the most powerful tech pistol out there.

    A lot of crafting specs were moved around in the latest patches. It’s worth checking wikis to see before relying on old standbys.

    Also, tiny nitpick : artisan and artesian are different words. One means an artist, the other refers to a water well that has been dug at an angle in to a hill. The more you know…
