*I have seen trailers of this game (2014 Announcement, E3 2018, E3 2019, gameplay trailers) I also played about 1 hour of the game upon release but dont remember the experience as I shelved the game for a future playthrough

but apart from that I have no knowledge of the world, story, characters and the majority of the game itself. Semi-blind in that context but for all intents and purposes a Blind Playthrough of Cyberpunk is finally here!

  1. Will look forward to the corpo run!

This game really has so many details, as you said, that it's mind boggling how it's even possible to cram so much into a game.

  2. I swear I've seen other playthroughs that had copyright mode on and still had music in that club. Weird. Guess I must be misremembering.
Clothing stores carry different stuff depending on their location, so pick the right neighborhood when you go shopping 🙂

  3. Pleased you chose female V..Cherami Leighs delivery of the dialogue is the optimal way to play no doubt..Probably my favourite voice over for a characterr of any game so i'm maybe biased lol.enjoy !

  4. So stoked you're sticking with female V like others have said, Cherami Leigh killed this role and just fits so well in this universe. Enjoy the journey brother it's a great one.

  5. Street Kid V is probably the best start for the game, because it fits the plot. Corpo is the least fitting.

Fem V rocks, she's voiced by a great professional actress with lots of credit to her name. Male V feels like it was tacked on and they chose some no-name actor, which isn't bad in itself, but he flubs a lot of lines. Hopefully the sequel does better.

  6. Congrats on your choice. It’s a great one. Looking forward to your playthrough. I’ve only played this game when it first came out, before all the fixes and updates. Really curious to see how the game has improved and changed.

  7. Glad you went with female V. Gavin Drea isn't bad, but Cherami Leigh's performance is the clear winner, for me. Corpo is a great lifepath choice, as well. The corpo dialog options are always pretty interesting. Also, I had never checked the Arasaka webpage in V's office before. Seeing her performance review and stuff was super cool.

I'm sure others have mentioned it, but shoot while sliding is in the perk tree. Thank god, because my favorite playstyle: run n gun shotgun blitz does a lot of sliding.

I have come to terms with the 6 months later cut. There's plenty more game that makes up for it. BUT I do wish the montage varied a bit depending on lifepath.

  8. Hi Macopolops, just a hint to you about exploration in the city… No spoilers ok. Try explore the city without car, just walk and you gonna find so many secret things happening. The game have places on the map with cool things, example, if you walk padre zone, you could find what happened with that guy stoped padre car.
The city map have much hide things to you find if you not use the car. Just explore the city walking and you gonna understand what im saying.

  9. I'm not so sure the tattoo's work for a corporate suit even in this distopian future. The hairstyles aren't bad but I can't get the hair colour I want from their options.

    EDIT
Also if you do corporate be sure to look around read things because you get to see a lot of what's going on behind the scenes even after the game starts and can piece together what was happening with the big players and get the answers to some questions people have had.
