  1. It just makes me unspeakably angry that nowadays players have to take the developers' garbage.

Modding was never meant for players to do the developers' work, but to be able to customize a game to their own needs and desires.

First you pay a lot of money for an unfinished product and then you have to work on it yourself. It's like paying an employer to let you work there.

Without the work and efforts of the modders, Cyberpunk would be so screwed. Actually, CDPR should pay modders money for players to do the work that CDPR is too stupid or lazy to do.

  2. What I would find useful is a list of all the mod install (such as Cyberengine, etc) that we need to install BEFORE any of the actual game mods. I've tried several times to install Flying Car mod with zero success – another issue seems to be REDscript failing.

  3. If the enhanced lifepath mod isn't your thing (because you don't want changes) then the other good mod in that type is 'street style'
You get bonuses depending on what clothing you are wearing (rather than if you are a Corpo, a Nomad or a street kid)
Clothing is separated into the main fashion types.
    Entropism, neomilitarism, kitch, neokitch.
Plus there are tags for each of the gangs, and other factions.
Wearing stuff with the 'maelstrom' tag can make those gangs members treat you a little better.
On top of that is the 'mimicry' system that let's you blend in by wearing specific types of gear.
The example being that when you need to break into an Arasaka warehouse….
Vanilla makes you sneak about, or rampage thru.
With the mimicry system, you can dress up in a full set of gear that has the Arasaka tag, and just carefully walk in, avoiding getting too close to the guards (who will spot you are not one of them. Just don't sneak about, as you are supposed to act like you should be there lol)
You can alter the mod to ignore the wardrobe system if you want, but if you don't, then you get buffs to stats from what you wear, and mimicry/fashion buffs from the wardrobe versions you wear.
(Iirc you only trigger that side of it if you put on a wardrobe set. Otherwise you get both statbuffs AND mimicry and fashion buffs from what you wear)
