The BEST Katana Build Cyberpunk 2.0+ | ACTUALLY Overpowered CRIT Build | Cyberpunk 2077 Best Builds

Hello everyone! This is the best Katana build I came up with after trying a few things out. As you can see in the example gameplay, we were able to absolutely destroy Adam Smasher within a single minute. I even missed some attacks. As for taking care of the goons in the rest of the Don’t Fear the Reaper ending, Berserk allowed me to basically destroy all the goons with zero problems. Anyway, I am excited to share this build with you guys as its not only fun, but also insanely effective.

*Full Cyberware Setup*
Important stuff is *bolded*. Non bolded stuff are just what I had in the video but they are not crucial for the build to work so you may feel free to switch them up. There are iconic versions of some of the Cyberware I used. Swap them in if you have them. Mind you that this is already an insanely tight squeeze and even if you remove the unnecessary cyberware, you are getting like 10 free points to use up at best which is likely not enough for a lot of the unique versions. What you choose to remove is up to you.

_Frontal Cortex_ – Important for build
Mechatronic Core – Any Ripperdoc
*Axolotl* – “Last Call” Quest/Dogtown Ripperdoc
Self-ICE – Any Ripperdoc
*Quantum Tuner* – I didn’t mention this in the video but its INSANELY overpowered. You get it through the DLC though and the place you get it from is SUUUUPER spoilery. For the sake of keeping things safe, I won’t spoil it. In any case, the setup with this will let you use Berserk multiple times IN A ROW and just melt anyone. This is straight up game breaking in my opinion but feel free to go for it if you wish.

_Arms_ – Good for Body Checks
Gorilla Arms – Any Ripperdoc after level 10

_Skeleton_ – Durability and some Damage.
*Dense Marrow* – Any Ripperdoc from level 10
Para Bellum – Any Ripperdoc from level 20
Bionic Joints – Any Ripperdoc

_Nervous System_ – Crit Chance and Utility
*Stabber* – Any Ripperdoc from level 10
Reflex Tuner – Any Ripperdoc
NeoFiber – Any Ripperdoc from level 10

_Integumentary System_ – Durability implants here. Specifics don’t matter
*Carapace* – Any Ripperdoc from level 10
Nano-plating – Any Ripperdoc
Proxishield – Any Ripperdoc

_Legs_ – Pure Preference

_Circulatory System_ – Healing implants here. Specifics don’t matter.
*Microrotors* – Any Ripperdoc
*Blood Pump* – Any Ripperdoc
Heal-On-Kill – Any Ripperdoc

_Hands_ – Not Important

_Face_ – Important for build
*Kiroshi “Kockatrice” Optics* (Replace the K in (K)ockatrice with a C. Sry can’t swear) – Any Ripperdoc from level 35

_Operating System_ – Important for build
Militech Berserk – Any Ripperdoc from level 30-35
*Biodyne Berserk* – Any Ripperdoc from level 10

_Discussed Weapon List_
*Byakko* – You get this by doing all of Okada’s quests. She sends it directly into your Stash at your home/back of your car.
*Satori* – You get this WAYYY in the beginning when you do the heist with Jackie. Instead of leaving the room where Yorinobu pops off through the glass, walk up where Saburo came in and clear the two guards out. Then you go into his AV. Satori will be in it.
*Nehan* – On Saburo himself.
*Headhunter* – I don’t know. I had it before 2.0. Apparently “Melee Weapon Vendor in West Wind Estate” but I have not verified this.
*Blue Fang* – Same as Headhunter. But this time “Melee Weapon Vendor in Jackson Plains”.
*Generic Overture* – Available in Gun Shops/Enemies
*Amnesty* – *We Gotta Live Together* – Ending Quest (Do Cassidy’s bottle challenge)
*Death and Taxes* – *Ex-Factor* – Judy Quest (in Maiko’s office. if you missed it, you can find it in Judy’s Apartment after she sends a message to Judy’s PC)
*Comrade’s Hammer* – Suspected Organized Crime Activity in Arroyo – Dropped by Darius Miles

  1. I tried to find a better melee build than mine, and in this video you share literally the build I use) I mean good choice mate!) And good quality of video too

  2. Mine uses the electric burst implants and the electric boosting Katanas, I killed Adam Smasher in a few hits and pulses, he barely had time to kill Rogue and I play on verry hard.

  3. would be good to show some rampaging around normal gameplay rather than just spamming on a boss. boss damage is good but the feel and flow cant really be shown just looking at menus. overall a good build, just need to shown how it plays.
