Try to get "Skippy", is a smart pistol and you will love it for sure. Its also the only gun in the game that levels up with your character… You can find it in a side job that is listed as "very high" but you actually havent to fight at all. But i cant remember exactly where ir is located… >.<

Lol, I've never heard anyone censor themselves like that before. I've heard a lot of swearing on YouTube, so why is this word so evil compared to the others?
In case you didn't know:
The green up arrow on an item usually means it is better than what you have equipped.
White: Common
Green: Uncommon
Blue: Rare
Purple: Epic
Gold: Legendary
Gold Circuit-board background: Iconic
Higher quality weapons can be upgraded better than their lower quality counterparts.
Iconic items have special abilities and are one of a kind items and once it is dismantled or sold, it disappears forever.
WAIT! There's a free car in the Raffen Shiv hideout!! You know the place? Where Panam got her merch for 6th Street?
Probably the fastest car in the game, and a bunch of epic items and loads of eddies, plus a shard which tells of a VERY interesting rumor about a masked vigilante. It's got a heavy Batman vibe to it, just saying.
I'm not sure if this works, but to get headshots with the smart handgun I'd try to aim so that only the heads are inside that blue square
Maybe the Judy quests will pop up at a higher level. The sinnerman quest is quite unsettling, it has some delicious religious overtones
Tarot cards placement are usually tied to a specific story point in the game. You'll understand why that particular building is accessible but dark later on.
