You literally "unlocked" that car
Hey Welonz dont worry about out lvling the main quests if you are going to do the majority of side quests you are going to have much higher lvl than the recommended one for the main quest. I think the way you are playing right now is great: one main mission spaced with couple of side quests and gigs is the best way to go. Even if the quest threat is very low you still can die rather eaisly on hard difficulty.
I suspect the reason you can't turn on the Radio is cause you have censorship mode on. To protect streamers and youtubers, all porn is disabled, but maybe also copyrighted music? I have seen a lot of youtubers play this without that setting turned on though, so I dont think they are going after youtubers with copyright stuff for the music.
I should add that you are missing out a bit, many of the featured songs are awesome. You can also listen to all of it on Spotify if you wish.
I feel like Welonz bought the MaiMai too early in the game. Now every other car seems dissapointing in comparison.
