  1. cp 2077 is simply a bad engine. i play doom and titanfall 2 on the steam deck without FSR at 120 fps. at FULL settings.
and honestly vulkan is out for a while now it should be a MUST to implement it in modern graphics heavy 3d games.

  2. Tried these settings, only ever 40fps if I'm still as soon as I move the game runs around 35 fps.. even if I use fsr performance it doesn't play at 40fps with these settings I also have the swap fox and 4gb of vram

  3. Thank you so much for this video, over the past couple months I've played around with the settings so much alongside the fsr 2.0 mod and more recently the official fsr 2.1. Following your guide is the smoothest FPS I've been able to get whilst still looking good! One thing I did change was turn the resolution down to 1152×720, put it into windowed borderless and put the decks built-in FSR onto 3 sharpness (still keeping in game FSR 2.1 on quality). It makes it look a bit clearer than the native resolution, I know it sounds stupid but give it a try!

  4. Thank you for shoutout! I aspire to have the raw editing ability you do someday, and your recommendations are solid.

Phenomenal content, and hopefully we can both keep bringing the best experience to Deck users everywhere!

  5. Awesome video mate. The editing is top notch! Perhaps even overkill for a channel this size! (But keep up the good work, you will have hell of a lot subscribers in no time! subscribed!) You did an outstanding job covering this… Of course, whatever you do when making presets you end up with personal tastes… An example of this is how I would never go below medium shadows (except distant shadows) and ambient occlusion (because objects look more grounded at medium). On the other hand I don't mind setting SSR to low to make up for the performance loss. But yeah, no setting can please everyone, right? 😀 ultimately it's all a matter of taste and preference, and that's what is so great about PC gaming. But yeah. running Cyberpunk at 40fps handheld is an incredible experience. You could also run it at 9W at 30fps and enjoy 3 hours of battery life, which is also incredible in its own right. 🙂
