    Why Lock the game at 33 FPS ?
    The Game occasionally drops 1-3 FPS while moving fast regardless of Which FPS no you Lock to,
    So Locking Game at 33FPS with motion blur gives a more consistent and Fluid Experience

    I should Have included 30 FPS with Vsync
    which will result in even frame pacing i.e. 2 Frames evenly repeated for your decks 60 Hz Screen but with added input lag

    Captured with External Capture Card , no hit to Performance
