Good to hear someone is having fun with Cyberpunk 🙂 Game on!
We don't yet have Stadia in Russia, but I've been using GeForce Now (a 2080 rig) and been able to play the game with pretty much maxed out settings, RT off and DLSS at Quality mode at 50-70 fps range. The stream is 1080p60 h.264 capped at 50 mpbs, looks decent, and the delay to the Moscow server is 12 ms (I'm in Saint Petersburg).
Hopefully Stadia will also launch here soon, so that there's more competition on the market.
I currently have a mostly outdated rig so while looking around for upgrades I’ll stick to watching your videos about cyberpunk

To be clear, the end part where I've driving in the daylight, that's the part where I was running the game max framerate over visuals. I currently run it with max visuals so that it looks much better.
