  1. The bass line for Lucretia My Reflection is so simple yet so good. I’ve been listening to the Sisters of Mercy’s Floodland all week, and I can’t get enough of that track. Love the song titles they pull out for the missions in this game.

  2. Poor Jacob and Taylor, they were just looking for a safe place to hang out. 😢
Also not sure why of all Mass Effect references that this game could make, they chose Jacob Taylor.

  3. yes, you're right, dogtown was completely walled off before phantom liberty (similar as it is now if you dont buy the expansion, so good location to make an expansion in lol) but it looked completely different, just placeholder rundown buildings and distant gunfire sounds. they wanted to really expand on pacifica in the game's development, but ran out of time, so it was quite barren, and now they finally got the chance. the name dogtown as a name didnt actually even exist before it, it was that underdeveloped, it was just called a combat zone

  4. also for the night vision, there is actually a mod for it, i use it alongside flashlight since flashlight is more immersive but i dont feel like its for every situation, i believe it uses the same filter as the overwatch sniper rifle

  5. As a Polish guy I can drop some lore here – The Stadium is a reference to a gigantic bazaar from the 80s and 90s called "Jarmark Europa" (aka "10th-Anniversary Stadium") located in the Polish Capital City. People from surrounding countries came there to buy and sell stuff for cheap. It was a black market where you could buy literally everything. Clothes, pirated movies and video games, alcohol, even guns. The place was known to be controlled by many different gangs.

Between 1995 and 2001 more than 25,000 traders were prosecuted, while approximately 10 million infringing CDs and videotapes were confiscated. Amongst the English-speaking community in Warsaw, the stadium was often referred to as the "Russian market"

  6. The amount of streamers I've seen that look in the opposite direction during the plane crash drives me a little crazy, so thanks for actually watching lol

The game forces you to turn around and watch anyway, but still, people baffle me with how little they follow signposting in games. It's why playtesting exists, gotta idiot-proof the experience as much as you can.

  7. Dogtown before Phantom Liberty was mostly just a walled-off hallway of low-detail buildings. I love the way they utilized unused space for this DLC, and it makes me even more excited for Orion. If Orion takes place in Night City again, I can only see it being even denser and more vertical, with areas like the country club finally fully realized.

  8. A fun way to use the sandevistan is to turn it on while crossing certain gaps and enemy sightlines in stealth, since you're moving so fast you're essentially invisible with it on.

Edit: well, looks like you know to do that, nevermind lol

  9. has blades and throwing knife spec… jumps into the middle of people with shotgun ✪ ω ✪
imo shotgun/LMG Solo spec is the most fun of them all… you're a fucking Doom Slayer

  10. Phantom Liberty is just peak Cyberpunk all the way through, and it's not short either, at your usual pace with some gigs and side missions, it could be up to 20 hours long, that's a whole game right there.

  11. 1:30:25 Bullet Time is actually a pretty bad and useless perk IMO. You don't wanna be wasting your slow mo waiting for the enemies to shoot you, especially that they do everything slower during sandevistan. You want to be jumping from enemy to enemy with normal attacks during that. Don't get me wrong, deflect is awesome, but not when you have to wait 10s for your opponent to fire one bullet. 😉
