  1. The potential is there. What i suspect is, from a ex-developer standpoint: The game code is still a mess, not as optimized as it intended to be. It has still a big impact on the performance, especially the AI and not speaking of the interactive features. They cleaned up a bit and implement newer stuff in 1.5, like crowd behavior and so. This Genre is for CDPR still a firsty and very complex. CP77 still run on a few improvized game elements. I see this version still as a Early Access ,a 0.5 then the 1.5.. What we have is a full CDPr Game but a quarter baked Bethesda or Rockstar Game.

  2. After the next gen patch I'd say it's easy for me to recommend to most. I liked it a lot on PC from launch, but even on PC the game is a lot better. I am a sucker for the genre though, and find the world and style absolutely captivating. I honestly didn't expect them to make some of these fixes and changes but I hope more is coming. The "complete" edition with the paid DLCs will probably be the way to go. If anything, I hope the devs learned a lot from all the hell.

  3. Played Cyberpunk since launch, it was very rough, but the last update did alot to improve the game. The story is enjoyable, sometimes funny sometimes emotional, I would say Yes play this game now, but take it as a sort of work in progress.

  4. I've been playing Cyberpunk 2077 on Series S and the next-gen update really did enhance it visually and make welcome changes to the gameplay and balancing of things. It's not a game i play much but it deserves a chance to develop. Granted, CDPR need to really deliver more and follow the NMS model but time will tell.
