  1. That’s nice to know that it runs reasonably well on the Deck. I’ve had the game for two years on my Xbox and could never get into it for more than a couple of hours, but I often keep thinking about giving it another go. Maybe if it gets a huge discount on Steam at some point, I’d pick it up.

  2. Can’t wait to replay this great video answered all my questions too

I’ve got a 6 month old baby so when she’s in bed I get about 2 hours to play games which is perfect for the steam deck.

Played through yakuza man with no name, fallout NV currently playing fallout 4 and after that 100% it’ll be cyber punk.

I’m not finished on the video yet but I hope the dlc works fine

  3. Can someone please give me advice? I'm thinking of buying this game but I don't have a dock, so I'm handheld only. Is Cyberpunk difficult to read on the Deck's small screen. It's an RPG, so there's lots of stats to read etc.

  4. Phantom liberty is however not the best experience. The framerate drops below 20 sometimes in the main area, which you are for the most part of the expansion.

I still enjoy it but its important to mention.

  5. The game ran great on medium pre 2.1 update. Now it runs terribly when driving a car and drops below 30 on steam deck settings which looks worse than medium all because they added a gimmicky train that youll ride twice because it adds no value whatsoever to the gameplay

  6. 2:43 from what I’ve seen Intel XESS runs worse than FSR (which is the default). However FSR in this game is awful and there’s a lot of ghosting (noticeable when driving especially). XESS costs like 2 frames but it looks SOOO much better.

Another note is you didn’t mention Dogtown in perfomance (the expansion) and it uh….doesnt quite run well. I say this as someone who 100% the game on deck.

  7. I originally played Cyberpunk on Stadia, and I've played a bit on Steam Deck. The difference is pretty huge, but it's still playable on Steam Deck, and actually using the gyro is fun.
