Yea I think this could be a great story but they didn't mention it agan , maby in a DLC
I always assumed she made an agreement with arasaka, although I don't think she did anything sexual as Grayson tried to make it. I think she simply made the deal, they got her setup for life and left her on her own
She sold out Johnny and got him killed. She didn't turn after she turned before. She is just like Kiwi from edgerunners didn't want to but felt like she had to in order to survive.
Rogue in one of the endings directly says that she met with Michiko Arasaka. Michiko is saburo's granddaughter and leads the most modern fraction in the corporation. Interestingly, he has American citizenship and cooperates with the NUSA government. This means that Michiko probably offered Rogue security after the attack on Arasaka Tower.
