I can confirm some of your choices change the outcome of some missions though. I can confirm 2 so far. One prevented me from getting my butt kicked from a high level boss, and the other gets you a car from a racer.

Its actually wrong to say that it was in development for 8 years… It was announced 8 years ago but for more than 3 years they didnt even touched it because they been working on Witcher 3.
