Quest Director plays Cyberpunk 2077 #76!

After a short break, we are back with another Cyberpunk 2077 stream! This time we have been discussing Digital Dragons 2023, the award of Best Ongoing Game, and did collect all of the missing tarot cards in the game.

Cyberpunk 2077 is an open-world RPG that I have co-created. As I love talking about design, storytelling, and psychology in games, I have started streaming on Twitch and discussing it all with my audience.

My goal is to share everything I have learned over a decade in the AAA games industry, openly exchange ideas, explain creative decisions and encourage the next generation of game designers and storytellers to create.

  1. I love all the interiors in Night City. So amazing to be able to experience them without any loading screens. The world building and little details in the interiors is incredible.

  2. I've always played CP2077 on PS5, but recently I bought a new RTX 4080 GPU and hooked up my PC to my 120 inch ultra short throw projector, just to play CP2077. I've loved this game from day one and stood by the CDPR team through thick and thin. Thank you Pawel and team CDPR for this masterpiece. Cant wait for patch 1.7 and Phantom Liberty.

  3. Was it you that decided to scrap the entire story to adhere to this Keanu Reeves rubbish? Or was that from higher up? Either way it ruined the game. Celebrity cameos don't make a good game, stop wasting budget on them.

  4. 1:09:46 what an idiotic question, i mean what do you think, that all those rooms and interiors exist on their own, without work from devs to create them? Canon explenation is that people lock their doors on NC, there, work with that… Ffs.

  5. Great to see you back! Thank you for the stream!

I like how the streams are a bit more about gamedev and inside stories now, and the current format – a gamedev talk + gameplay – is nice and interesting 👍

P.S. I miss meme reviews and narrative council though, I know not everyone enjoyed them, but for me they were fun 😀

  6. The closest we are to the Phantom Liberty reveal in june, the more difficult waiting becomes.

I see you are very confident on its quality and you definitely have learned a lot from the developement of this game, so there's good reasons to be hyped, never stop fighting!
