Quest Director plays Cyberpunk 2077! #54

Read more about Cyberpunk 2077➜ https://cyberpunk2077.mgn.tv

After an involuntary break (as I got sick) we are back to the usual schedule and streaming Cyberpunk 2077! This time after finishing Pyramide Song we dove deeper into Beat on the Brat and delivered a good beatdown!

Cyberpunk 2077 is an open-world RPG that I have co-created. As I love talking about design, storytelling, and psychology in games, I have started streaming on Twitch and discussing it all with my audience.

My goal is to share everything I have learned over a decade in the AAA games industry, openly exchange ideas, explain creative decisions and encourage the next generation of game designers and storytellers to create.

  2. If the player chooses Arasaka ending and calls his friends from the orbit, everybody just either ignore you or mad at you, because you side with Arasaka. But after the game ends you as a player still get credits roll phonecalls from characters (Misty, love interest, etc), who just screwed you ower the phone, and they still deliver their part.

Why it is done this way? Won`t it be more logical to not have any phonecalls at all? So that player is absolutly lonely.

  3. What I have to say about your games is that they always completely immerse you and make you sink into the world of the game. Even the UI in CP 2077 is created in a way that gives you the feeling that is an in-universe UI that V is using. You can tell that its custom made for the game and that it fits the world perfectly. And where I especially agree with you is that CP 2077 is a game where you can choose and actually experience your background and then do sidequests that fit your background (minus corpo because the standard ending is essentially the corpo ending so you dont need side quests to unlock the corpo ending) and therefore unlock endings that fit your background. Every playable background has its own fitting ending to roleplay. These are some of the reasons why I love you devs and your games.

  4. It was another amazing stream, your passion about this game and way of engaging with fans is really admirable.. I really can't wait for the Expansion and i'm curious about what kind of things you guys gonna make in the Expansion by learning lessons from main game..

Btw when i said "We need more action quests" i didn't mean to say Chill & Quiet moments are bad, What i wanted to say is, Sometimes those chill quests are so many that i feel like i spend a lot of my time just talking with other NPC's… As i said those moments are amazing and i think you guys are one of the best about making those kind of quests.. But i'am also little bit action freak lol, I f*king love being badass merc doing quests almost in perfection level.. and make me wish some more action based thrilling quests.. I learned that GIG's are not exacly "quests" type so i assume you're not exactly responsible from them, My critizism from GIG's that most of them based on "steal this" or "kill this" type of quests, I would love more variety like V accepting "driver" quests.. I don't know if you watched Baby Driver (2017) or Driver (2011) movies but in that movie Ryan Gosling is like merc that does dangerious driving GIG's like driving bank robbers to hideouts, escaping from police or avoiding police to take your customer to safety etc.. and far as i know Cyberpunk has 2 quest that V doing driving for customer, 1. is for guy who lost his d*ck and taking him to the ripper doc, 2. Ozob hiring you as a getaway driver .. These 2 quest acutally very cool and make me wish there are more variety of them.. V hired as driver for taugh situvations would create amazing scenerios too.. (Also Highways of Night City begging for some car chase action quests :D) Anyway, and again these are just my thoughs and i hope you understand what i try to say… I really love what you guys have created, But potential in this game makes me scream for more 😀

  6. Great stream really liked the topics. Looking at the Saints Row reviews In seems reviewers are getting higher expectations when it comes to open worlds. Im curious what you would like to see from Open world games in The Future. What do you Think can be done to take them to the next level.
