  3. I wish they added more NPCs to the game tho. If you play old Saints Row or Mafia 2 or any GTA, you see lot of stevedores in harbors carrying cargo about, masses of people in industrial areas doing their jobs etc. That makes those games feel alive. In Cyberpunk, the harbor areas are still very barren and you just do not see any unloading or loading of ships going on there which is weird. And on the industrial areas, still almost empty of people, when they should be bustling with workers. Very poor world building from CDPR, when you compare it to Witcher 3 where you see plenty of farmers, carpenters etc at their work all over the place.
