“No-Kill” Tips. Gameplay showing non-lethal weapons killing enemies. The Electric Baton is the only non-lethal melee weapon in Cyberpunk 2077, despite all the blunt weapons descriptions saying “non-lethal” they are not. To keep Cyberpsycho alive, or for a Pacifist Build or a No-Kill Playthrough, or to just avoid the gore, as this game has no settings to remove blood, dismemberment, or decapitation on kills. To emulate a gore censor mode, use non-lethal takedowns and weapons.

  1. I've noticed its kind of random as to when a bat will kill someone, I keep testing to see if it has anything to do with hitting somebody in the head but even when trying as hard as I can to smash somebodys leg I just waste the guy. Thanks for the solution, I haven't been able to find anything else about this anywhere.

  2. you can equip an optics mod which makes all weapons 100% non lethal. i noticed that after i equipped it, people no longer die from my baseball bat, unless i manually finish them off.

  4. Actually I accidentally killed a couple of NPCs with electric baton when trying to rescue monk in non-lethal way – no idea what's going on there. With cyberpsychos there was no such problem.

  5. If I remember right, there is also a vibrator that you can also use as a non-lethal weapon. You should try that one too since I believe it is a very powerful non-lethal weapon but I have to agree. The electric baton is the best option (probably because of the electric stun nature gets to them before they're finished off.) Do you know if there is any difference between the Baton varieties? I think there's alpha, gamma, and beta.
