These boots were in the files, but did not spawn until being added in at a loot point on Patch 1.6. To state again what I said in the short, if you’ve looted the pants before 1.6, the boots will not be here as the body will not spawn again. If it respawns, I was unable to make it happen in my save files, and had to use a new one.
