The David Martinez drink wasn't added after the Edgerunner Anime came out (or the Patch 1.6 since this video is about that) it was there much earlier. I don't know if from the beginning of the game or after some patches but it was definitely there before the Anime got announced
You can get Rebecca's shotgun and apparently also her LMG from a goon. 👀 Her shotgun is WAY op, it took 40% off of Adam Smasher in 1 shot. 😂 I almost died because when Smasher switches phases he apparently gets hyperarmor for the animations. Also: Had to off smasher during Don't Fear The Reaper with it just out of spite. If you follow the quest you get after watching "David's" BD, you get his jacket.
