  1. Beyond dissapointed. Like guess what weve been doing for 7 months…….making pathtraced lighting for 40 series graphic card owners only. Im someone who has a 4070 and Id rather have game content but lets be honest, were not getting anythin gatleast until the 4th quarter this year making it a whole year they didnt update the game. And no, I dont count dlss3 and this luxury light tracing

  3. CDPR out there reinventing RPG level design for the gazillionth time which Baldur's Gate 2 figured out already 20 years ago, or you could add, idk, a crew of companions that react to the stuff you do? Enemy AI that isn't pushovers? Branching story and quest design? You know, stuff that I would expect a Cyberpunk game to have. But instead, all the 6 people who own a 40 series RTX card will be happy… for 2 hours.

Lately, whatever I play, just makes me crave for a proper Bioware RPG even more. Guess I'll replay Shadowrun or Mass Effect or something.

  4. Dude wtf all the news I ever get about this game is some stupid graphical shit I don't care about. where tf is 1.7? Or at least some more bug fixes? Collision detection is still pretty fucked.

  5. I like the level design as-is. The reward for your desired path is the XP you gain with the relevant skills used. At the beginning of my Reflex melee playthrough, I kept hacking and stealth-killing out of habit. I was barely progressing the way I wanted – especially since my Cool and Intel were so low that I wasn't even gaining XP for hacking and stealth.

  6. Can't wait for the DLC! I'm sure they will probably focus on this newfound inspiration they go from dishonored and apply to the DLC missions at least, that would show that they not only learnt from their mistakes, but that they are actively fixing them, which would make the players know what lies ahead of their next game or possible another DLC? I mean The Witcher 3 got 2 DLC one story focused and the other location focused, so heres hoping!

  7. Meanwhile, over in Witcher 3 the 4.02 patch is wreaking havoc rather than fixing. People are getting regular ctd's after a few minutes of play time. There are still graphical glitches and stuttering. The fear is that CDPR is nearing the end of the patches to stabilize play across all platforms and many of these issues will become legacy.

  8. No way… I looked down and away from this. Just picked it up for sale on psn a couple of weeks ago after buying myself a Ps5. The game is almost everything I wished for an open world fps rpg. Now it's getting new updates almost monthly. Imagine that game in vr…

  9. I love the Dishonored games and exploring those environments, but I wouldn't say they are a perfect exapmle when it comes to taking different routes. I like to explore every nook and cranny, and when you do that in Dishonored, you start feeling like the levels are maybe way too open, since it often doesn't matter what powers you have unlocked, you can still get anywhere. In that sense I kind of liked the design of Deus Ex HR, where some sections were obviously blocked off unless you had a specific upgrade, like lifting and moving a fridge, or something. The limited sections were not that big, but they often blocked a different route to the objective, and I would imagine that promotes replaying the game in a different way. Meanwhile, in Dishonored, you are able to search every corner on the first playthrought, no matter what abilities you have, all you need is patience.
