When I watched this before I was surprised that an experienced player didnt know about doing that I figured it out the first time I tried the game but then again I was experimenting this is the first year I started to play this game so I was experimenting with as many things as I could .
I do hope that you show more of these clips from your live streams because there is a lot of info in them and also a lot of laughs, especially you Mario Andretti driving in first person .
this game has sooo many things that I probably will have never noticed or figured out without 20+ playthroughs, I do hope tha tif you play on PC that you get the Female v romancing panam mod I installed it an it seems t obe working
Also there is an "easy" stealth way to do it with double jump and the optical camo. You go behind the club where you killed Jitaro, and double jump your way to the top of the building there then jump on the pipes and walkover to the top of the building in the lot. Find the car, wait for the guard to walk away. Click optical camo and then double jump down to the car and quickly tag with the device, then double jump the fence into the river and mission done with nay a soul even aware of what you did.
