  1. I've been in doubt to whether Bloodware , Critical Error, or Subliminal Message apply at all with the passive ability of Short Circuit, since the passive damage is applied by a weapon and not during a hack. Logically, I'd guess neither do. Has any of these perks been verified somehow?

  2. Thanks for the video and for staying up for almost 24 hours to make this video. Just finished the prologue and I’m going to start over cause I hate the look of my V. This video came at the perfect time. Not sure where I’ll end up with this build but I’d like to focus on crafting and firearms. You have a great channel and I’m looking forward to playing more of this game because of your videos. Keep up the great work.

  3. For me personally I don't like to min/max in any RPG my first play through. For me it's always been better to sort of do a jack of all trades build to learn how everything works and then start min-maxing from my second play through on. That way I know the play style I like. It sucks to go all in on something and find out 10 hours in I'm bored with it. It's sort of what I'm doing right now in Cyberpunk. I have a pretty good idea already of how I want to build my character next time through.

And I definitely know in any build I make I will always have the I Spy perk, knowing who is hitting you with overheat has become mandatory for me, maybe more so than any other perk in the game so far.

  4. Fun thing about these kinds of videos: I have a stockpile of under level 20 V's saved LOL I feel like playing as a Netrunner, put that in my saves folder. Maybe a gunslinger tonight? Put that in my saves folder. I have 220hrs of play time, not even close to finishing the game 1 time 🤣 Now I can save a few nonspecific, ready built V's…

  5. Ha, I literally just started a similar build 2 nights ago; more focus on the netrunning primary though, and roleplaying netrunner from the start (minimal gun usage where possible). Have sketched out a means to potentially get >100% crit chance on the base stat sheet to proc short circuit with every crittable point of damage I output (there's crit chance modifiers on the projectile launch system that I'm not sure if are registered on the base character sheet). Midgame being contagion crit proc deletion of mobs/hostiles.
Eventual idea is to grind out armour and armadillo with cold blood armour buffs to move to a melee playstyle with only 3 stats in body on the very hard difficulty.
Yet to complete the heist, finishing off all the available open world quests prior to entering the true game. Already would be able to kill Adam Smasher at like level 14 judging from the damage output I already get with the Chaos tech pistol compared to what I was dealing in my first play through.

  6. The NETWATCH NETDRIVER MK.5 in Ripperdoc at Heywood, Wellprings, Street Creed 49, 43.750 $
Have Quick hacks deal 30% more damage.

The TETRATRONIC MK.3 in Ripperdoc at Pacifica, West Wind Estate, Pacifica, Street Creed 37, 25.000 $
Have Quick hacks deal 30% more damage.

Not sure if that what you was asking ?

    Thanks for a great channel.
Net hacking by it self is a bit boring to me.
So this look like it might mix it up a bit.

    Kindly.

  7. Major Slack has identified you don't need to put a perk into Cold Blood to level the Cold Blood skill. You will get skill xp by performing decapitations with a Katana (more xp if you use the Black Unicorn GOG app rewards), and there are others who say it works with Mantis Blade executions and shotgun dismemberment. I would theorize you would also gain xp for popping heads with high damage headshots.

  8. This is not a starter build.

This is a "Im gonna make a netrunner build and rush Intelligence the only problem i have is getting one shot every so often because my body score is still a 3." . It only works because of a legendary hack you can only get with a Maxed out Intelligence attribute. and a unique weapon that shoots through all the walls.

With that same line of thinking i can Max out TECH and craft a legendary Fenris and burn all the things in watson before act 1 is over. Or i max out COOL so i can use Ninjutsu. trade out the starter katana for Satori found in the heist.
and maybe buy that legendary knife sold on the waterfront and Solid snake your way through the rest of the game.

If you are gonna make a Starter "Do Anything you want after act one Build mega save."

then show us a "build" that can get through the first act with all Attributes at 6 (or lower) at level 8.
Leaving the other levels earned banked up to max out whatever mid or late game build we want later.

In theory we can max out our core build stat by level 22 while we go about finding the various craftable clothing mods
and a secondary stat by level 36 when you are doing our legendary gear hunting.
And this still leaves a 14 attributes to spread around the other three stats as desired for:
    cyber-ware requirements
    quest/dialogue choices
mid ranked Quality of life perks
or a third(!) stat up to level 20 if you are really going hard in the paint for minmaxing

As for Perks … A good list of all purpose "Quality of Life" perks from level 6 and below would be quite handy for anyone to have for the early game. With any extra perks earned just saved up for later.
choices here arent so set in stone thanks to tabula raesa but you are still stuck with these choices until you max out street cred which can take as long as level 25.
If you think you can manage a game with only two maximum attributes instead of three
then another list of rank 7 to 12~ish "all purpose" perks could be in order.

For bonus internet points throw in a list of gigs to AVOID because completing them in certain ways require a certain minimum attribute score that may not be complementary to our build.
(the delamian side arc for example has an option that requires a 10 intelligence to take.
Streetfighting is another example the match against the twins is doable with body 3 if the player is really good at melee.
But the guy with the iconic sniper rifle (and his crew) is barely managable with blunt damage cyberarms (fists or whip)
While the russians will one shot you without going hard into defensive cybergear that has high body or reflex requirements)

  9. Hi. I'm running a build with similar logic, but min-maxed to the extreme… 18 tech for crafting legendaries, 16 int for the cybernetics and the crit on hacks and 20 cool for max crit damage. Legendary quick hacks can be farmed from data-mining, including short circuit… Which is then applied to every shot from a legendary smart smg/rifle or a legendary buzzsaw (which should be silenced, as it doesn't affect the shot circuit damage), as everything can be crafted and modded to attain 100% crit chance
