It’s not a mod. I use SYNAPTIC ACCELERATOR nervous system cyberware (Slows time by 30% for 2 sec. when you are detected by enemies) + KERENZIKOV (Same but in sliding). Since it’s just two separate cyberwares I can freely use the cyberdeck.

NOOOO! I think the only good choice here is to knock him out. If you talk him through, you find out his backstory is sad and stuff and he needs help. He'll ask you to leave and he'll let you take the medication, but he says he wants to be left alone. But once you leave, you hear a gunshot. And if you go back, you find out he committed suicide ;(
There's no way to save him besides possibly knocking him out.
