If you go to pacifica, behind the clothing store up on the ledge by the construction site there is a group of 3 buff girls around some motorocycles. One has a really high chance of dropping the battery so if you farm them by running to the apartments – killing the enemies there – running back to them you can get one within a few mins for free.
