After finding Evelyn and talking to Judy I have bought my first car (Mai Mai!), met Wakako and said farewell to Jackie during ofrenda, organized by his mum. At the end, I have met Sandra Dorsett again and dealt with her missing databank.

Cyberpunk 2077 is an open world RPG that I have co-created. As I love talking about design, storytelling and psychology in games, I have started streaming on Twitch and discussing it all with my audience.

My goal is to share everything I have learned over a decade in AAA games industry, openly exchange ideas, explain creative decisions and encourage the next generation of game designers and storytellers to create.

  1. Oh and, speaking of Sinnerman, please give us a "Rachel Romance" option in upcoming DLC. I was kinda crushing on her the whole time 😉.

  2. BTW, Pawel, really did love the Heroes Gig. Its actually these nice, quiet moments that make the game feel so epic, overall. Indeed, the whole time I got strong Kaer Morhan vibes.

  5. Thanks for another stream Pawel. I agree the bugs are a bit overblown but one issue I really hope you fix on consoles is the grainy effect you see especially whilst driving. On PC it can be fixed/improved by turning off 'screen space reflections quality', but we don't have that option on console. I know this isn't an easy fix but I really hope in the next gen versions this is resolved as this is my favorite game from last year and i want to experience it in its full glory.

  6. Great stream. It's nice to hear about the ideas behind the quests/storylines and the different iterations that it will go through like the firetruck story in Judy Questline which at one point was an idea for a quest?. If so was it supposed to be the quest before her final quest(Pyramid Song)?

    Also i think there needs to be more chaotic (scripted?)random events in the city/Badlands like Trauma Team swooping in to retrieve a customer from a gang and actually seeing them pick someone up and leave since aside from the Scav mission with Jackie and that one place in the Badlands you won't really see them Arrive-Kill someone-Pick the client up-And then leave. I mean there's already times where you can see Trauma Team in the city already spawn in and surrounding a client but there's room for improvement to this.

    Maxtac appearing throughout the city killing gangs and cyberpsychos(easily),since aside from Bullets Mission and the car ride with Jackie after the Scav Mission you won't really see them appear again outside from fighting them if you have a high enough bounty.

    Robberies on stores with the assailants either being killed by the shop owner or not.(These seems present in the game already but it only happens twice).

    Gangs being chased by other gangs or cops(this is probably the hardest one to implement as pathfinding is one of the game's main issue)

    Actually have Wraiths and Militech patrolling the Badlands instead of just being stationary at certain places.It's weird hearing from Npc/Tv/Radio and reading about these patrols in the shards when you don't even see one of this Patrols throughout the game. These are one of the things that can be implemented to give the Badlands an even more dangerous "feel" to it and actually have the player see this patrols that get mention in the game.

    Basically more of those (scripted) scenes similar to those scripted scenes seen in the 2018 Announcement Trailer.

    There's already events like this present in the game like for example
    -Gangs/Cops/Corpos getting into shootouts with one another
    -Gangs/Corpos executing people
    -Npc's being beat up by a gang member or by Npc's
    -Netwatch arresting someone
    -And etc.
    It already gives the city that violent and bustling city feel to it but there's a lot of room and potential here for improvements.

    I know you guys have said that the main focus right now is fixing the game and optimizing it but these are the things that has a lot of potential and can be greatly improved upon in future updates.

  7. Ludzie wierzą że DLC które macie w zanadrzu ożywią to miasto i sprawia ich powrót do gry na dłużej więc tym razem nie spieszcie się i zróbcie to porządnie ! Wierzymy w was ! Pozdrawiam
    EDIT: Nie wiem czy macie w planach ale możnaby podgłośnić troche dźwięki pojazdów tak aut jak motocykli i to że kiedy trzymamy "W" na ręcznym to auto wydaje dźwięk jakby stłumiony a kiedy na ręcznym trzymamy "S" to jest zwykły taki jaki powinien być 😉

    Heroes was one of the most emotional quests I finished, really loved it.

    Also, I have to say the game itself and the streams are very motivational for me. They helped me to deal with an art-block and start learning new things. Thank you for this as well!

  11. Hi Pawel . I really like what u said on the last stream, and its normal thing to do
    Cpdr first needs to fix and improve the game , then later on the work on the new DLC-big Expansions (hoping) like we got in W3.
    No point on releasing new content (dlcs ) or expansions if the game still has some major core probs like the AI ,physics and Police system + npc interaction.
    Anyway i still have trust that this game will be improved by ur team and fixed , still allot of things to like in this game despites all the probs .
    Still has great potential and i believe in ur team can fully fulfill it.
    Only hope the CEO's wont abandon it and move forward will be very sad.
