About the Izanagi and Mikoshi:
Mikoshi is a piece of cyberspace infrastructure in Cyberpunk 2077.
It is one of Saburo Arasaka’s main projects. It is a data fortress located within a part of cyberspace controlled by the Arasaka Corporation, with servers found on orbital stations around the Earth. It contains the digitized personalities of clients from the “Secure Your Soul” program, as well as the victims obtained through Soulkiller.
Information regarding their access point locations or technical specifications is classified, and any request to know about them is denied. However, access points can be found in every major Arasaka HQ found worldwide.
Izanagi is the name for the Mikoshi access point located right under the Arasaka Tower in Night City. To access the facility, an Arasaka employee must have various authorization levels, registration, granted permissions, permit numbers, etc.
Mikoshi in real life is a sacred religious palanquin in the Shinto faith. It serves as the vehicle to transport a deity in Japan while moving between main shrine and temporary shrine during a festival or when moving to a new shrine. Often, the mikoshi resembles a miniature building, with pillars, walls, a roof, a veranda and a railing.

About the game:
Cyberpunk 2077 is a 2020 action role-playing video game developed and published by CD Projekt RED. The story takes place in Night City, an open world set in the Cyberpunk universe. Players assume the first-person perspective of a customisable mercenary known as V, who can acquire skills in hacking and machinery with options for melee and ranged combat.
The game is a continuation of the events of Cyberpunk 2020, taking an alternate path to that of Cyberpunk V3.0. The game is set in the dystopian metropolis of Night City and in the Free State of Northern California. Night City is located south of San Francisco around the area of Morro Bay, CA.
The game follows the story of V — a hired gun on the rise in Night City, the most violent and dangerous metropolis of the corporate-ruled future.
