Still trash in PS4 pro
I replayed it on PS4 and it still runs wonky and rough, but that’s my fault because it was marketed for last gen but was definitely not made to run on it
It is. Cyberpunk is legit one of the best games of all time.
weirdly I still occasionally remember the vending machine quest, it's a very simple yet unique little mission but it's just so unforgettable
i modded it, and i played for 12 hours straight.
this game is definitely worth
Im playing for the first time, and im definately going big dick mode but there is no guns involved. Thanks Merideth. I'll call you.
Game looks good but after a few hours of side quest/gang clearing the game just has you looking for more. Massive open world with the same level of interaction one would have in an art gallery, look don’t touch.
“That market looks cool maybe I can sit and have a drink” no
pre patch “wow arcade machines I wonder if there’s a mini game” no
CDPR- The city is shaped by gangs and corporations. “Ok cool I can earn favors and side with a faction and have to be aware of what I’m wearing in certain areas” lol no
Still can’t shoot out of cars, cops are still lackluster, unfinished/abandoned work on the world map is still obvious, and so on.
This game just made me appreciate new Vegas and GTAV for their mechanics and gameplay.
I don't understand why people bash on this games rpg elements, saying it has few major choices that effect the outcome of things, because that just isn't true. I mean the life path system is a choice that completely changes the beginning of the game and adds different side jobs based on your life path, as well as special dialogue options. There were quite a few times were I made a choice and then realized I didn't quite like the outcome of that choice and how it affected the game going forward, so I loaded back and tried something else… or on another play through I did something differently and was surprised to have the mission go a totally different route than I remembered. I mean, there's certainly more weight to your choices in Cyberpunk than to any other rpg I've played.
The game still feels unfinished to me. The gameplay feels wooden. I can’t exactly describe why but I just wish it could have lived up to its potential
Here, allow me to save you 10 minutes of your time:
The game is absolutely worth your time and money. Its a great game that had a bad launch. So yes, Give it a chance.
CDPR consistently lied about this game and are sitting on a ton of money they stole by defrauding consumers. They have never taken any responsibility for what they did. Don’t forgive them
someone please share this video with CPR and have them watch this
Cyberpunk is definitely incredible now that the bugs are mostly gone, and the performance is good. Played thro the game 2 times now on different builds, started my third one a few days ago. Cyberpunk has a great story, great replay value, a unique open world, great combat, etc. Definitely not only a "decent game"
I'm on a brute of a pc and played on 1.5 for my first play through which I loved. Now however it's unreal. I've been hooked all over again on my second play through. The dlss and rtx works so much better, alot more stable. Quite an unbelievable game with the correct mods.
They really should add online play
Just picked the game couple days back after the 1.6 patch. My first playthrough. I went in with lowest of the lowest expectations, but it has turned out to be quite a good experience. The game looks PHENOMENAL with "ray tracing ultra" preset it chose for me (5600x, 16gb, rtx 3060ti). There is some jank in the driving which needs fixing. I felt that the hacking mechanisms are just thrown at you without much explanation and I'm still clueless even after playing the tutorial. Actually the game expects too much of an intuition from you instead of training you properly into the CP world. You would be just walking around and a subtle mission name would appear on the left where you will be able to start that mission. The event lacks "significance" and for first few such occurrences I didn't notice it at all. It is just like Witcher 3 where you could discover and start missions just exploring around but it worked beautifully there, not sure what is missing from CP.
But, the most prominent thing I noticed is that CDPR didn't put this out as a "reputation riding money maker", they wanted it to be a great game and it shows. The graphics, the world, the care put into creating the character models, the characters, the dialog, the voice acting, it is all top notch. I FEELS like a 110% effort product but for some unfortunate reasons they couldn't accomplish the end result they wanted. One thing is for sure, it is not a scam. Totally pleased that I gave it a chance and hoping they keep putting in the hard work and it achieves it potential.
i just hope some1 will make a real Cyberpunk game in the future cos this game is just a massive pile of shit
1:31 that is why i quit this shitty game brain dead NPC i just cant stand to go around an empty city full of this 1 IQ AI
I recommend waiting till they release next major update along with the phantom liberty expansion at which point the game will be as close to finished as it can be.
Pirate this shit and throw it away, it sucks
Eh it’s still just not that great.
DO NOT BUY THIS GAME FOR FULL PRICE!
I know it seems like a Triple A game because of the graphics and the hype (even now people still hype this game) and it looks like the problem was the troubled release but thats not even the half of it. Cyberpunk 2077 is barebones. You can do a grand total of 3 things.
Story missions: Where you go meet interesting characters and sometimes are encoureged to sneak through a level instead of just shooting everyone
Side Missions : Where you can enjoy some well written dialouge and again shoot some people
Jobs: Where you always go to a place and shoot some people
Apart from that exploring the city is not very intuative. All you can do is look at the pretty graphics and, you guessed it, shoot some people. Looting is boring because its the same 10 items over and over again. Shopping is useless because youll find something better exactly 5 minutes after having spend all your money on one item. You can buy apartments which add NOTHING. You can buy cars that you cant customize. You buy a cool cyberware which beats everything the game can throw at you (My Monowire can cut apart everything in 2 seconds). Higher difficutlies dont add suspense or challange.
Its not necesarily a bad game but its not a good one either. Its a graphical demo with average game pasted into it. Actually you can have swords so slightly above average.
It’s a whole nother game now edge runners is what brought me back to the game since it released and I’m happy CDPR didn’t abandon this game and it’s fans with the DLC dropping soon
yes
I am a day one player too. Played it bug-free on Xbox series X (bought the Xbox especially for this game). So in my experience it wasn't buggy on 'all consoles'. I literally experienced three minor bugs throughout an entire playthrough. None of them game breaking. But hey, maybe I'm special 🙂
In contrast…I booted up the pc version (patch1.6) on the Steam Deck the other day and it only took about three hours for my car to fall down the road and just infinitely keeps falling. Oops….
That being said. This is still my all time favorite game next to the Mass Effects and the KOTORs. These games just tickle that sci-fi, rich story 'itch'. It's just one of these games I own on every available platform and will continue to ga back to untill….well, probably untill I stop like gaming(?) Allthough I must admit that I probably can't get myself to go through Mass Effect 1 yet another time…
8:09 "The truth is hating things is almost a commodity business these days because a lot of money gets made from it. People love seeing things destroyed, so people act to destroy them so that other people can watch things getting destroyed. The entire thing is funded by views, so the more people that want to see the world burn the more gets introduced into the system to make the world burn. It creates a systematic chain reaction because it creates its own revenue streams becoming a self-generating machine. And when one person does it, everyone does. We know this because when someone makes money in this world or receives attention, everyone follows suit. Thus creating a vicious endless cycle." -Downward Thrust
Really? By the way, when is your next "Did it Fail" video coming out?
Yes, but dont play it on ps4 or xbox one. They never gonna fix that version, but the next gen versions are smooooooth.
Cyberpunk 2077 is playable.. but is it worth it? For 5-10$ sure, still many many bugs. Npcs are all the same wearing the same clothes hair ect. The Game world feels dead. Nothing happens outside the main story and side quests. Game is way to easy, Ai is brain dead. The game dose feel unique but still very much unfinished. Game still randomly crashes, and if you go to fast objects just disappear. Cops are broken as hell and just appear and disappear in the most broken way. I would recommend the purchase of this game if you enjoy fallout, but if your paying anything more then 10$ your getting ripped off. This game is amazing on pc. The modding community transformed the game into a absolute gem.
Oh yes, driving in big cars is a bit difficult. # viewangle
Exactly the video I was looking for…
Cyberpunk Edgerunners !!!
Great video as always but it was cringing me out how you were called it ‘cyber’ , it’s like calling fallout, fall or call of duty, call, or spider man, spider etc. not hating just a bit cringe to me
I would say its worth it because of the Edgerunner update and series also story
yes
Personally i was really really disappointed that its first person, for a customising character game, i want to see what i look
